The customer service is top notch and we've really appreciated the extended return period and hassle free nature of the whole experience. I always go to best buy for anything I need for the amazing discounts and ease of access. Much more reliable than the headache of online returns.

I like to notifications regarding specials and upcoming price drops. This really gives me an opportunity to get a jump on purchases at a great price. I'm very satisfied with the membership.

But it was not explained to me that the amount I would "save" by reinstating and receiving the return, was a lot less than the cost of the plan.

Wich was awsome...i came back thinking the 10% open box was for every open box item all the time..to my surprise it was a one time deal thing... mmmmmmm
