I just accepted this offer because was a free membership, but honestly I don't trust geek squad protection because employees never gave the best option to customers when products fail

no partial use of $50 credit. bought $40 backpack for daughter, then had to buy another purchase i did not really want to get past $50. great for you, sucks for me. so tired of gimmicks. also finding qualified sales personnel is your big problem in appliances- over 40 min wait for vacuum- no one- bought one at ABC warehouse same day

This membership is valuable to me as a best buy customer.

I've recently added my membership plus to my account and I thought about it at first just because not one wants to pay additional costs but it made the best sense. I regularly purchase items, mostly video games and it helps with deals but also returns in items I'm not certain on; it gives me longer return dates to try something out longer.

I have found shopping in the store in online and easy experience. People are knowledgeable and helpful and treat me with respect. I am a senior citizen and don’t always get the time from younger people that I need to understand new products. But that is not the case at my local Best Buy in Allen Texas.
