My Wi-Fi router broke down and actually, I did need a faster one for my upgraded ISP. The sales team walked me through the process so I would get one compatible with my provider. Purchase and installation was flawless.

This is a waist of 60 bucks. Thought you got points when buying stuff with it. That is what the sales person made it sound like. But no. You have to use there credit card to get points. I was under the impression that when I was buying a 2000.00 Doller computer and buy this thing I would get points. Sadly no. Just a bunch of emails on sales.

Have tried to change my password but have been unsuccessful thus far and remain unable to log-in which makes reviewing my membership difficult to say the least.

I like the price matching option Unfortunately, my laptop model hasn't gone on sale in order for me to take advantage of the price matching offer. Murphy's law will probably apply and tge laptop will go on sale after tge price matching period ends.

The membership alerts me on deals and has made shopping easier. Free next-day delivery really puts you at ease, too.

I have used my membership even more than I thought. I had a printer go out, I moved and needed a fridge plus a Nighthawk router, not to mention exterior cameras and all that other stuff you need when you move. I'm pretty sure I will be using it for Christmas as well. The savings alone has paid for my membership! Not a bad deal!

This plan saved me in many ways i advise you to purchase it you will not regret it will benefit you a lot

We ordered a new refrigerator. It came right on time and the men who delivered it were fantastic. Took out our old one and installed the new one quickly and professionally. Great job and great guys.

It’s not bad but the membership could use a bit more benefits. If they brought back the old gaming discount they did few years ago, so many people would buy into the membership.

This membership is great! It’s nice to know we have security when we purchase an item. No hoops to jump through.

I didn’t really see any perks for having the membership. It was better when they had rewards just for buying stuff and not having to pay a yearly subscription. We didn’t utilize it and we don’t need it.

Think I got a good deal on the tv I purchased. Love the features. Had it mounted on the wall and it’s very nice. Aaron and Alicia did a wonderful job of mounting it.

We’ve used the membership for big stuff, like a fridge, to smaller stuff and we’ve saved a lot so far. It was worth it.

I have not get any special discounts like free shipping or extra discount due to the membership. Let's see.

very good service had little problem with the rite item being ordered but i called store talked to Natalie got it straitened out had to wait xtra day to pickup no problem washer works great thanks again BestBUYwasher

When I purchased the membership, I got a great deal on the item I was buying at the time. As I left I noticed there were several items on sale and was excited to come back and shop around. When I returned about 1 month later however, there were almost no items on sale, or perhaps I just couldn’t find them. Either way, I feel like they could be advertised better in-store to encourage buyers like me to take a closer look. The online deals were great, no notes on those.
