Best Buy Care agreement agent required contact Sony Warranty Claim. Spent hours on phone. Broken representations by all in product & retail chain.

I was over the 14 day return period, but since I was a Plus member I had a 60 return period. Because of that, I was able to get $40 back on my previous purchase. paid for the membership at least!

Points from past purchases are deleted too soon. Any benefit of a longer return privilege is offset by being treated badly when returning an item. Amazon.com has what I need at same or better price, doesn't hassle me over returns and doesn't delete earned credits. Due to mistreatment during a recent return at the store, I will not be buying anything from BB for a very long time and, actually, have cancelled the membership and requested that my account be deleted.
