Walked in with my daughter to get her a laptop for college. The person helped us pick out our MacBook Air, checked to make sure it was in stock then suggested the office add on and the plus membership. I now have $50 credit to spend and thrilled about that.

I have been a membership buyer for many years. The first place I look for my needs has always been Best Buy. The sales staff no matter if in store or on line were always well trained and pleasant. No matter if I purchased, returned a item, required a exchange, or a refund, the transaction went smoothly.

So far I have not realized any benefit from this purchase. I know I’m supposed to get all these goodies but that’s far I’ve gotten nada. I’ve signed up for promotions and deals but I don’t get anything in my inbox for flash deals or anything else. Had I to do over again, I would not purchase

I very like membership plus with its many exclusive deals. I can know buy my favorite items with big sales by using membership. Also 60 days return program is very helpful becuase sometimes you want to return things that you dont need and get money back so with membership you can do it for long time.

Membership was a good value. We just purchased new washer and dryer we now get extended time to use it . If we don’t it can be returned under this plan. Read policy for more info.

Dont know anything about a membership. Am I a member? I purchased refrigerator, microwave, oven, two gas tops. Everything is working well. But your installers never came so I got back the money for the instillation. Your worker Dylan at the North 98 Lakeland Store is wonderful.
