Welll worth the savings that it was. Made it a no beainer

I received great service from Best Buy for my garbage disposal and microwave purchases. The installation was done quickly. I appreciate the great customer service by you staff and install services.

This membership was a great idea. Member prices and unlimited Geek Squad support was definitely some of the reasons that I got it. Getting protection plans on all my purchases was also a great benefit.

My experience was very good. The I pad would not charge. We went to Best Buy and after a courteous greeting and short wait were helped. The techniciab found the problem and took care of it.

It is worth the small price to extent a warranty on most electronic products.

Best buy team worked with us to choose the right appliances. In house consultation provided very helpful information before we purchase.

signed up when i had to make a return in store because i was unable to make it online because return window closed. was returning something missing pieces that i had gotten for someone as a present

I didn't want to buy this but after cancelling it on the customer side pad the BestBuy employee told me I had to get it in order to advance. Wife jist wanted what we came for and wanted to go. Between the poor customer service and the forced membership I just wanted to leave. Won't be back, will buy elsewhere.

I didn't think this would be worth it, but saving over 150$ on 2 play station 5's changed my mind. Best buy was able to price match the black friday offers and I saved a ton!

Our recent purchase experience with the microwave was most gratifying. We were impressed from purchase, to installation, to follow up with satisfaction. The only disappointment is that due to my hearing loss, I am unable to increase the volume on the completion signal.

Membership purchase is a must. With the Membership we bought an outside camera at a discounted price withe puchase of Membership, which evened out the price. 2 for 1. Bought a 65"tv, went on sale within 60days, we received difference $ same day! How can you go wrong!

Helpful to have extend returns and some bonus deals with purchasing. That’s about it. Doesn’t do much more with product protection or customer support unless you’re willing to pay substantially more for added warranties or a higher level plan. A lot of what this offers I used to have with my higher level Best Buy rewards membership through earning spend thresholds have now been removed and placed in paid programs such as this one.

I am not sure about a lot of the benefits available for this membership. I only wanted it for access to certain products and the shipping benefit. If I will keep it long term, we will see.
