The ability to enjoy services that provides for returning of purchases to be returned after 14 days whether shipped or picked up, and for items that aren’t available in store, really helps to accommodate customers for their needs.

This is a great value. It made it very easy for us to return the original tv which was too big for our space. It also helps us keep track of our purchases which is great because we don't really do reciepts.

I got a discount for Best Buy Plus and decided to try it. I thought there were nice discounts and perks for being a member.

I purchased this with my shark expert hair pro carpet cleaner because I was told I was guaranteed to be able to return it within 60 days instead of 30 and they would also price match it for that long too. However when k found it cheaper they refused to price match it and said they would rather me return it than price match it for the $179 Sam’s Club is offering it right now.

Price match guarantee has to be the best part of this membership. It has literally paid for itself two times over.

i used to get this advantage just because I shopped at Best Buy a lot. Now I got this just so I could return a broken item that past the 15 day return time. Will I renew this, probably not. Wish I didn't have to buy another 45 days of return window. Makes me shop harder at other stores now.

I have my doubts how frequently I will need plus membership. Then a sale happens that members often save even more that easily covers the cost of the $50 membership and makes it just worth while if you make one or more purchases a year at Best Buy. Example, bought an E-bike in 2025 and that alone gave me a reward and discounted price that saved more than double the membership price.

I don't know why I didn't do this sooner. Great value for Best Buy Shoppers. Encourages me to take advantage of the wide selection of goods, and Best Buy's great service.

I was skeptical at first, however. I've already recouped the investment cost of membership and $50 on the price of a oled tv that was purchased on sale. Way to go Best Buy.

Saves me a bit of money, assuming I spend way to much

I have definitely enjoyed the membership so far. I like getting notifications about drops on products early. The customer service is good. The only thing that I have noticed with it that I don’t believe is true and the reason I got the membership, is that you jump to the front of the line when you are a member. I was told that you get that perk with the membership from the customer service agent I talked to.

Decided to try the membership and it actually paid off pretty quickly. Got access to better deals and faster service on a couple of purchases. If you shop at Best Buy more than a few times a year, it defiantly makes sense!

The subscription was very useful, I was able to price match my last purchase.

I love tech. And I love my family and friends, whenever I see a good deal I shop online or buy at store. I don't buy for myself much but I buy for my family and friends and often gift them for Christmas, Thanksgiving or Easter. I have family overseas and they appreciate when I surprise them. This best buy membership is very reliable for my needs. I get very good deals And often get a chance to buy hidden gems.

When I bought this it came with a $50 reward gift card. Whose value I'd lose if I returned the item I used it to help buy. That really sucked! I bought a computer chair and paid $50 of the cost with the gift card. The chair arrived with damage, a scrape in the artificial leather. It's seat was way to hard to sit in. Since I'd lose the $50 gift card value if I returned the piece of junk I didn't. It'll be in the dumpster when I find a decent replacement! As to the plan I found it covered a couple things that did save me some expense. I do wish it have covered finding out why a brand new $1300 Dell laptop occasionally froze in boot-up. That I did take back the same week but would rather of had the problem the problem fixed. It was a great laptop once it did boot up! Best Buy lost major money because it was returned! .
