The membership has been a godsend several times when I needed the Geek Squad and highly recommend it! I do recommend the Best Buy Plus for the added features included. It is 100% peace of mind knowing that you have capable, reliable technicians to assist when things go wrong, as they sometimes do. One thing that I greatly appreciate is the ability to make appointments and the fact that I receive my repairs when they advise they will be completed ~ as a business owner, this is extremely important. I also appreciate the fact that they do offer service on site if I am not able to go into the store.

Allows time for unexpected returns or refunds when an item goes on sale.

The membership is helpful especially with changes to return policy. I buy items and take some time to use it or check it out so this is helpful for me if I need to return an item after 15 days. I have not truly explored all the benefits.

The membership adds great value to your buying power. I came into Best Buy on Youree Drive in Shreveport and bought a Macbook Pro. I explained it was for my daughter who is going to Texas Tech university for Pre-Law. He offered that i buy the Best Buy Plus membership. First, it gave me a discount on the Microsoft 365 program that she actually needs for school. Texas Tech uses that program. Second, it gives me options when i make purchase like being able to return an item after 60 days. The list goes on all in all i want to thank the salesman and best buy for offering everything i needed. Thank you.
