I’m Glad I did this yearly membership, it saved me some money on my last purchase. Manager Donovan said will they honor my request to put previous purchases points on it as well, as nobody told me there was a membership from the start but I didn’t see anything yet. Bought so many things and feels bad I could have saved from start, I hope someone can address this.

Good choice if you have a big ticket purchase or plan to buy multiple products in the year. Best Buy offers price match and honors it.

Well - this is a little difficult to review at this time, because have not really used it yet (reason for 4 stars). Purchased because of package deal at time of purchase of new Samsung TV and therefore giving it a trial run for 1 year and will see how it goes and will then decide whether or not to renew annually.

Bottom line - the membership pays for itself. The money I saved on one item was more than the membership cost. I have recommended My BB Plus to all my family and friends.

I am currently a My Best Buy Plus member, which costs $50 per year. Best Buy has another membership called My Best Buy Total, which costs $180 per year. With the one I have; you receive several benefits, such as free 2-day shipping and a 60-day return window on most products. Best Buy also has sales that are exclusive to My Best Buy members. If you upgrade to the Total plan, you receive several additional benefits that are worth it if you buy a lot of expensive electronics from Best Buy. For example, you get 24/7 tech support, VIP member support, 20% off repairs, and protection plans are included with most products as long as you maintain your membership. That includes AppleCare+ for all Apple products where AppleCare+ is available. If you typically buy AppleCare+ for your new Apple products, the savings could be significant if you subscribe to My Best Buy Total instead of buying AppleCare+ separately for each product.

It’s pretty good. Lots of sales and you get to return things in like 2 months which helps decide if you want something long term.

Good for a gaming laptop, its performance is very middle of the road. Only problem i have with it would be thw battery life, you'd be lucky if at 100% it last and 1 1/2 hours of the charger.

I love having the membership because of having geek squad for assistance when I need the help. Also having the extra protection cause you never know when you may need it.

I saved some money on my recent purchase of a MacBook Air laptop and I got a bunch of benefits I don't really understand. I don't see the membership prices when I got to your website so I don't know how I'm supposed to save money in the future. I'm also confused by price protection. I thought I could get money back if the same product was advertised a lower price but, apparently, I have to turn in the product I bought and but a new one at the lower price. Obviously, I have no idea how this thing works!
