However, the packaging has been awful and the shipping time frames are worse. The point of the membership is to get things shipped and delivered timely. Over half the items I have received are either days late, lost altogether, or broken.

I purchased a TV. It was advertised at a lower price three weeks later and I received the difference on my card.
