    Signed up to get a better sale on TV. Liked when it was included based off yearly purchased. The free shipping makes ordering from best buy easy and get added sale prices on select items.

    The membership was very challenging to access when the item I bought went on sale the following week. I had to spend many hours, including a trip to the store where I bought the computer, where they were unable to help me. While I eventually get a refund for the amount by which the computer went on sale, the amount of time and aggravation was significant.

    Delayed rebate

    Price was comparable but the rebate was compelling. The timelines of the rebate, however, is poor as it’s been 5 months and still not received. “Back ordered”

    Purchased an Apple Macbook Pro laptop and cost of membership was equal to the discount given to the laptop. Therefore membership ended up being free because membership discount was applied to laptop cost. I made another membership purchase shortly after.

    All worth is if all you do is spend money at the store and the heavy discounts was a major draw and you can buy gift cards DL games, major sales and promotions this was the BEST thing Best Buy brought back since the game rewards in years i might upgrade to the 150+ dollar a year if the deals keep up

    While the purchase of the apple watch and protective cover were efficient, the placement if the protective face cover was poorly done resulting in several air bubbles.

    Can't use the membership I paid for

    The membership may be good but I couldn't tell you because I can't sign in on the website. For some reason I get emails at the correct email address to do surveys but apparently when I try to create a sign in the verification gets sent to the wrong email that I told the cashier 4 times at the store was not correct.

    I felt like I was abused, sexually tortured

    I purchased an open box tv, when installed, it continuously restarted,spent 2 hours troubleshooting only to find it was not fixable, as I stated initially. I was told to return to store, I thought the internet signal might be weak, and purchased a mesh network, this caused me to miss the window to return that wasn't shared with me. When I went to store, the manager saw me walk in, immediately disregarded me, after several minutes she finally recognized me, and then told me that tv's weren't accepted for return on item box purchases. I told her I was instructed to return it and as I was trying to explain the situation, she interrupted me again to state "any return is at the discretion of the manager" and refused to accept it. I finally was able to explain, she refused again, I asked her to review my account and then announced that my window had closed and I must purchase the plan to return. I will never return to a Best Buy again, I currently use 11 tv's 4 computers, a home owner with all Samsung appliances, and Project Manager of large Solar Construction sites in excess of 400 acres and I will never buy anything from Best Buy again for any of these activities.

    I am enjoying My Best Buy Plus membership. I appreciate that it covers multiple devices and gives me pretty much 24/7 customer service via chat. I would recommend to anyone who needs to purchase several devices or appliances from Best Buy.
