This membership gives me the confidence to know that I will get the best price and service from the team members at my Best Buy. I recently made a purchase there and got great service, a terrific deal and saved some money too.

Initially I made the choice to go with plus but upgraded to a higher protection plan (total) as I feel it is a better value and gives me piece of mind knowing my current and future purchases will be protected. You cannot purchase a protection plan for the single device for the price of best buy's plans

This membership was totally worth it. For around $50 I save $150 off my purchase and an additional $150 when the computer dropped the next week

Membership is a good value at the plus level, but not worth it to me for the hire level. I break even when buying a warranty for appliances through Best Buy or other stores if I go with a 5 year plan. The membership lets you do 2 on everything you buy with no extra expense. If you're planning to buy a lot from Best Buy then the upgraded plan is worth it.

The Best Buy Plus has been a nice addition to peace of mind. Warranties are a little longer, as well as the option to return, and the discounts are nice too.

I love that I have options for free deliveries and installs on big items I purchase, and when I needed to bring my laptop back to get looked at it was easy peasy to get in and have it looked at!

I bought this membership because a Best Buy virtual employee told me that a best buy plus membership allows you access to high demand items early. I am a Pokemon fan and it is really hard to obtain pokemon product nowadays. I later found out that this is not the case. High demand pokemon products can be accesed by anyone who has any type of Best Buy account. Not only that you do not get early access to high demand products like Pokemon Products early. I was lied to by an employee which made caused me to purchase this membership. So far I do not see any benefit to having this membership at all. People who pay for a Best Buy plus membership should definitely have access to a product earlier than a regular membership. At least 15 - 30 minutes would be sufficient. I do not appreciate being lied to into purchasing a Best Buy plus membership. I have not seen any benefits from having this membership whatsoever. And when i speak to a customer service representative they see I am a Best Buy plus member but are of no help. This is my honest review. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of benefits this membership provides. Please fix it so that Best Buy Plus members have early access at least 15-30 minutes earlier for high demand products on the best buy app for online drops such as for electronics and pokemon products. It is ridiculous that this is not already a benefit of the membership. Thank you.

Well Best Buy is one of my favorite store, I bought like 3 professional cameras, tvs, 5 GoPros, 5 computers, drones, games, Apple accessories, ink, usb memories etc, and I’m still going, it’s my hubby buying at Best Buy because for me is my best electronic store

Haven’t used any perks yet because I haven’t found any too beneficial just yet but hopefully that changes by November ;)

[Employee of bestbuy] For only 50 dollars, you get a lot with this membership! It saved me so much on my last purchase and having 60 days to return instead of the regular 15 doesn't hurt either!
