Bye Bye Best Buy
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Horrible experience. Sent 2 different installers on the same day to install 2 TV’s recently purchased. Makes no sense. Wasted an entire day of work because 1st installer came first thing in the morning and second installer came at the very end of the day. Was also told at the time of purchase that I’d get $200 off if I signed up for credit card. That wasn’t true. I was not told that I had to go in and claim the $200 off within 20 days of purchase, which I later learned when I called in after receiving my Best Buy credit card statement. I have since canceled my credit card, and I will never purchase anything from Best Buy again. I will spend my $ on electronics and appliances elsewhere. Your company is a joke.

There have been some truly good deals and having free shipping is great, but it really hasn't been used too much. However, when I bought a new computer, it was actually cheaper to sign up with this at the same time, so that was great
