Clearly sales reps get $$ incentives for selling this membership that really isn’t needed for a TV. We were not happy with our pushy sales reps — totally unnecessary when we walked in the store knowing exactly what TV we wanted after doing research. Because our exact model wasn’t on the floor, they tried to push other models instead of going to check if our favored model was in stock. After 20 + min of that, then they finally checked — and surprise! — they had one. After that the BBPlus sales push started……really? Totally unnecessary!!!!!
