I bought this at the recommendation of the Best Buy rep when I purchased a computer. It turned out the Computer I bought did not live up to the hype. The extended return period really made life a little less stressful. Worth the $.

Saved money on products, relatively low annual fee, great customer service, and makes shopping at a great electronics store better.

I'm glad it was cancelled very quickly and online: no more physical media movies, no great service in store. However, if you buy only electronics and appliances, this is a great deal -- just make sure to always check BestBuy.com and order from the front of store -- associates are ok, and parking/location is great, too!

Membership was a good idea. we had 60 day return. We also saved almost $550 on our Fridge. And like the extra warranty we got. Geek Squad!
