||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very happy with the young man who helped us pick out the TV, sound system, headphones, mounting system and set up the delivery date. They didn't deliver on the scheduled date so I called. I was told there was a glitch in the system and they would have to reschedule. The person was fairly rude. Said they couldn't schedule again for 3 weeks. When we said that wasn't acceptible she said suggested a date 3 weeks after that. We said we'd cancel the $3200 order if it couldn't be delivered sooner. She made it pretty plain that she didn't care, but said she'd escalate the request and call us back. Within 30 seconds I received a text scheduling the delivery for the date we told her we'd be on a plane. So we cancelled the entire order and decided to go elsewhere for the TV and all that went with it.

Membership can save you a lot of money

Please arrange to send me an invoice for the washer and dryer I purchased. The dryer was not electric so was sent back. I understand the dryer will be delivered on 12/10 with two pedestals
