I get an advantage from this membership. But now I don't have

This membership we would recommend to others that are considering joining it. We purchased this membership and was able to save additional money on the washer and dryer we purchased from them.

Overall good so far .The only problem we had so far was a 10 day delay on our delivery.

I'm not sure why I need this membership. 2 day shipping? I have Amazon prime that ships one day most of the time or even same-day. Special deals? same deals that happen at every other retailer. 60 day returns? Meh. I signed up for the original Total membership. That was worth it because of the free installation and delivery and the warranties. Now they got rid of the delivery and install benefits. What's the point of paying all that money? Being first in line for phone tech support? lol I wish Best Buy would do something and stick with it. It seems like every few months they make changes that keep pushing me away. They did away with rewards, unless you use their credit card. Really? They created a membership that I saw some benefit and got rid of it a year later. Now, they no longer are carrying physical copies of movies. Unless something changes....AGAIN, I'm not renewing.

Most of the specials for the members are not items we want to purchase. I have not found many benefits to justify the annual expense.

I have obtain more value($) in products with the special price for members than what I have paid for the annual membership! Extended exchange days also has been helpful.
