Not only did it show up smashed customer service was terrible!!!!!!! Couldn’t even get them to refund or replace the game , i spent over 2 hours on the phone and was promised the world. Needless to say as a whole bestbuy really needs to be reconstructed from the ground up!!!!!!!!! Soooo disappointed

I thought it was not on sale but surprisingly the price went down because of the membership, I had like 50-60% off. The item works well too! So it was really a best buy for me!
