No review even needed!! If you haven’t done this and are an avid Best Buy customer, pay the $50 a year!! It’s sooo worth it!!!

I love having free shipping, easy returns, and access to Geek Squad support whenever needed. It’s also nice knowing my purchases are protected and I’m earning rewards on top of the savings. Definitely worth it if you shop at Best Buy often — it pays for itself quickly!

Since we opened the account, the company has been a good partner in our purchases. The customer service has always been supreme, and we've been completely satisfied with every purchase we've made, except for one television that lasted 12 years and then stopped working. However, on our last purchase, the service we received from Geek Squad was fabulous, and we were very grateful for the installation once again. Thank you, Best Buy.

I recently discovered that I was charged for a Best Buy Plus membership—something I never asked for or agreed to. It turns out the cashier added it during checkout without my consent, which is incredibly frustrating and feels very dishonest. Since being unknowingly signed up, I haven’t seen any real benefits from having this membership. No noticeable savings, perks, or exclusive deals that would justify the extra cost.

I’ve been a My Best Buy Plus™ member for a while now and I’m very satisfied with the benefits. The free shipping and exclusive member pricing have already saved me money on several purchases. I especially like the extended return window, which gives me peace of mind when buying electronics. The program is easy to use, and customer service has been very responsive whenever I’ve had questions. Overall, it’s a great value for anyone who shops at Best Buy regularly!

Thanks for the membership. I needed it today to have one of the Geek Squad check out my recently purchased laptop. It was so helpful to discuss some of the features and perhaps some of the possible issues with the laptop.

I have been loving our membership so far. Bestbuy is the best with their customer service and always willing to help. The membership brings amazing benefits :)

Other than our initial purchase, we have had no other experience with Best Buy. The initial install and support of our 65 inch TV was questionable at best. Had to go back to the store to get some issues fixed. Sales people were good, but not so much the techs.

This process is ridiculous. And there seems to be no way to redeem this offer.

I was skeptical at first, but really impressed a couple months in. In-store salesperson recommended the membership for multiple reasons, not the least of which was the extended price match guarantee. I had bought two LG OLED C4's so the price points were pretty high and any price reduction would more than pay for the BB+ membership. Sure enough, the prices fell. I returned to the store with my receipt expecting a hassle, but the staff credited my account with the price difference AND applied some of the rewards dollars I had accrued from the original purchase. I was so delighted, I bought a new printer with some of my savings! The Geek Squad guys who did the TV install were terrific as well. Really impressed overall.
