Though I have cancelled the purchase at the time of delivery I keep getting the statements, fees, etc for more than a month. There is no way to connect to the live person on phone. The email address for customer service is invalid. The person in the store could not want or cannot help. I spent at least 2 hours of my time trying to resolve the issue, two visits to the store as well… No luck so far. I really would like to cancel my membership ASAP.

Got a discount on my cell phone purchase that was half the cost of the membership. If you shop regularly it will more than pay for itself. Definitely worth it.
