Online, what I assume was an AI chatbot was completely incapable of doing anything and was the only option available, which was a horrible experience. When I called (and which tried to reroute me to online) and finally reached a person, I was told that I got some "bundle" (that I didn't get) and so my price of a product couldn't be adjusted to the current price from Best Buy itself. Fortunately, when I went into a store, the people there were able to help me, but it was a hassle. I'm going to cancel my membership and plan to avoid ever using Best Buy online, for purchases or customer support.
