Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Wasn’t forced into purchasing this add on but strongly steered into it. The issue that I’m having is that I have a BestBuy account but cannot access it. I’ve contacted local store personnel, chatted with the online chat folks, contacted support personnel & still absolutely nothing. So I don’t know if this product is worth a crap or not, I can’t access it to use it

The so called member only prices are just sale prices that you can get anywhere else (without a membership) so don't be fooled. I would say if you want more time to decide on products, then this might make sense to get, but other than that, it's a waste of money.

Owned for 3 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The printer was in the office space at my home and I used it for printing, scanning and copying documents. All features worked well until I had used the printer for about 3 months at which time, the paper feed mechanism stopped working. A sheet of paper would be pulled in and then would jam making the printer unusable. To the point that I had to buy a new printer.
