Had issues with my membership from not showing on my best buy account so wasn’t able to use it and totally forgot about it. Only took almost a year and lost all the good deals. Wish best buy could help out in making it right since it took a while to merge my account. Overall i can say it was worth the upgrade. You get a little more discount. Depending on product.

Best Buys is turning out to be my favorite retailer. I don't know why I was reluctant to subscribe to being a Best Buy Plus member. It has paid me back. I saved on gift cards, a new phone and I am planning to buy some other things. I got hooked into it when they were offering a gift cards for travel. I was planning a move. I saved on my travel, and after the subscription has helped me save further.

It’s a great value. I got adjusted for my the purchase of my new iPad, so the membership has paid for itself.

Lone Star, the installer, raised two additional issues for the built-in refrigerator and one issue for the dishwasher. Two lone Star inspectors gave clean chit to the builder who is refusing to address the issue as the house is handed over to me. The whole purpose of two inspections were to make builder rectify issues without any cost. I am a bit disappointed with the Lone Star inspections and am in a fix to get this done. I want these two appliances to move in. Hence, help is requested

It’s been a while since I last shopped at Best Buy, and I have to say, the improvements are impressive! The Best Buy Plus Membership offers fantastic perks, especially the extended return policy, which gave me extra confidence when purchasing my Sonos speaker system. Knowing I had more time to test it out without worrying about a strict return window made the experience stress-free. Fortunately, the sound system exceeded my expectations, but it’s great to have the peace of mind that if it hadn’t, returning it would have been simple and hassle-free. Best Buy is definitely stepping up its game!

Excellent. I don't really like to return things but the extended 60 day return window is reassuring. It came in handy when i bought a laptop that worked well but didn't fit what i was going to use it for. When I buy my next laptop i am going to upgrade the membership aince it extends the warranty.

This is a great membership and a great value. It has really helped with our purchases.

After purchasing a $300 WiFi system, I was sold on the program because they told me that the protection plan would be cheaper. So far, the only benefit I’ve been able to access is a longer return window. I can’t find any other discounts or special purchases for items. Would I recommend the My Best Buy Plus program? I’m not sure. I chose “yes” only because of the return policy. However, I would advise improving the program with clear discounts for Plus members. Please make sure that the longer return window is available and clearly state why I will be saving money now rather than in the future.

If you have frequent buyer, it’s very beneficial especially with the 60 day return policy versus 15. Gives you a greater chance for better price match. That’s besides the member exclusive price.

I appreciate the membership when my MacBook is broken and I had to fix it but I canceled my membership I wish so didn’t so I could just fix it instead I bought a new one and this time I did put protection plan

Aside from the free shipping perk, My Best Buy Plus members will occasionally get (limited time) special pricing on products from BB. I am not sure exactly what causes these offers, or if they tend to occur at certain times, but if you are shopping on the website or app, keep your eyes peeled for special member pricing! It can help to defray or even fully cover the cost of your annual membership.

The membership gives alit of advantages like discounts and aftersale services,also i can't forget the great team that is always there to help right from the day you enter the store until when you leave. The items are of great quality yet very affordable. The first time i was in Best buy was when i came to buy a computer, so i told my wife how great the team was and when we wanted to purchase a washing machine and a dryer, she said she wants the ones in best buy. It was great coming again for a second time

Easy to find what I needed and easy to pay for the merchandise. The customer associates are super helpful who go beyond the call of duty to accommodate the customer!
