    I have had the Best Buy membership since 1999. I have made many purchases through the membership, and I have been 100 percent satisfied with every purchase!

    This membership has been a great experience so far. The exclusive discounts, free shipping, and extended return periods have made my purchases much easier and more convenient. I also appreciate how simple it is to manage everything from my Best Buy account. Totally worth it if you shop at Best Buy often!

    I feel that this is just a money grab for Best Buy. There is no benefits to this membership unless you are constantly shopping.

    If you don't have a membership edit spy you losing out eight I hope with prices it helps with almost anything you need great deals we're at the membership allow you to do things others can't do get one that would be the best thing you do if you were in to electronic store just about anything

    The Carmel/Westfield Indiana Best Buys has consistently provided great service. Whether it is providing good advice on which printer to buy, or helping me replace a cell phone, they always go beyond just being helpful. The understand that some of these tech devices are intimidating to average Joe's like me and provide extra guidance to make the process easier.

    Due to location I shop @ the Newington, NH location. I've purchased all my electronics from TV's Computers, to Audio equipment. Prior to arrival I already know what. The 1st notable experience is professional etiquette from any staff member I've encountered. 2nd At this location there are dedicated staff @ each particular department how are knowledgeable about all particular items and they don't jump down your throat. "Kudos". 3rd in my experience everyone went above and beyond..I've always been given excellent suggestions and advice. 4th on 3 separate occasions I purchased Marantz Audio Equipment,, all 3 items were not on display nor on their website. All 3 sales personnel went out of their way and ordered for me.. I personally got notified of exact date and time of arrival. 5th fantastic experience from arrival to exiting the store.. Kudos to Management for building highly educated staff. I would highly recommend Best Buy, especially the Newington location. Thank You so much. C U ALL SOON

    Guys, frankly speaking to you, I chose a subscription from this association of this company because I think it is the best on the market in its assortment, since it is a very convenient and excellent team that provides you with all your needs. I am personally satisfied with all this. Working with Best Buy, very qualified guys who will help you decide on your choice.

    I just got off the phone from geek squad. I spoke with Manual,, he figured where the problem was . He got my Microsoft office subscription up n running and my printer. I am good to go working on this problem for 3 weeks he figured it out in 5 minutes. Thank you manual!! You’re the best!! Thank you Best Buy!!

    The salesman told me it was a no-lose deal, that if I didn't make use of it, they'd be refunding the money I spent. Not sure what it was all about.

    This membership is great, my best takeaway was that if I bought something and it went on sale within 15 days I could call and get the difference paid back to me, which I did for my Omen 16” gaming laptop which I got $450 back in when it went on sale during Black Friday, it was a lifesaver.

    Is it worth? Well it is if you have a lot of money to spend on tech or if your in need of electronics or appliances like moving into a home or office. But if your just buying a game consol every 6 or 7 years its probably not for you.

    If you make a lot of purchases at Best Buy, I think this is a very very useful membership to have to give you an extended amount of time to determine whether or not you actually need whatever bit of technology that you just purchased. I will admit that most other retailers do have a better return policy and they don’t make you buy a special membership to extend it so there’s that. But considering that there are some things you really can only buy at Best Buy immediately, It’s a very useful membership. If you have the money, you should go ahead and buy the more expensive version of the membership because it actually comes with protection for your devices and this one basically just allows you to return things for up to two months.

    The customer service was fantastic! I was taken care of the team from Simi valley, they catered to what was really important to me, broke down the pros and cons then allowed me to decide what item would be best. Most decide for you… the product is better than I could have imagine

    The membership is well worth the security of having the Geek Squad to ask any questions on today’s electronics. The extended warranty gives you peace of mind if any problems arise. I would highly recommend the quality and great prices from Best Buy’s!!!

    I'm still undecided on this yearly membership. I'm disappointed in the guy I got the phone from though since he was more concerned about selling this membership and totally forgot to offer me the insurance on the phone and that is more important.
