I was very pleased with my customer experience in purchasing a refrigerator in February 2024. Although the refrigerator arrived severely damaged, the delivery technician was so helpful by immediately contacting Best Buy customer service to ensure I got a replacement. In the meantime, he installed the smashed unit so that I had a Working refrigerator until the replacement arrived. The email instructions for preparing for the delivery were thorough, and scheduling delivery was efficient. Customer service representatives were courteous and helpful. Return policy is EXCELLENT.

I was delighted with the great value offered, as it perfectly solved my problem. I’ve always had a great experience with the team at Best Buy Cedar Rapids, and I can’t wait to return soon to purchase my other digital essentials!

The buying experience was great. We had the good fortune to have an extremely knowledgeable sales rep who explained the pros and cons of all the top tv’s on the market. Without pressure we decided on our purchase. We have not taken delivery so cannot yet comment on the performance of the equipment. Will do so later

BB Plus is nice and the no interest is good but would be great if as long as you pay before the year is up for example instead of paying every month as long as you pay before the year is up no interest, I mean I want to pay maybe every 2months or 3 months still no interest and i do it before my year is up and im in good standing it should not effect my credit rating

My geek squad was amazing! My area had flooded with a bridge out so they took an alternative route to deliver to my unheated metal building that stores tractors, etc. on the farm. They also explained further why the Garage Refrigerator was the wisest choice in my climate area.Now we can have cool refreshments, keep things in the freezer, even have things to prepare when hungry. Adding a convection plate and a cast iron skillet made all the kitchen we need. Just made life on the farm more sociable and enjoyable!

This membership is a great value, and the benefits are fantastic. Javier Ramos did an excellent job of explaining to us all the advantages of having the plan. He went above and beyond to answer all our questions even after we were gone from the store. He followed up with us and replied to every one of our phone calls and text messages. If I had five employees like him, I could run a company.

I purchased a Best Buy Plus membership as a suggestion from the sales associate. His pitch was that if the price of the television dropped, I would receive a refund on the purchase price I originally paid. The price dropped within 30 days and I received the refund. However, the price dropped again and it took me a phone call where they disallowed the second refund, and then 3 unfulfilled promises from Best Buy over almost 3 months to finally receive it. I was disappointed in all the hassle I had to go through to receive the second refund. A royal pain.
