It helped me get price match for few items. It was worth buying.

I don’t know if having this membership helped me secure a certain product in high demand but it definitely made it easier. So far it’s been great, the extended return window is worth it alone.

Very worth it for deals, price matching, and extended return times. Has saved me a lot of money. Very happy the Best Buy employees convinced me to get this. Now the membership just keeps bringing me back in to buy more stuff because of all the deals

Although the membership has value, I am not sure we have leaned into member perks over the year. I hope this year we change that to be worthy of paying the membership fee.

I had this a year ago but got it again due to how expensive a console is. It saved me a good chunk of money!

It is worth every dollar paid for the benefits it offers.

I brought in 3 defunct televisions and they charge $30 per TV to recycle. I could have either paid $90 to recycle them or paid $50 for the membership and then have unlimited recycling for zero dollars each. I went for the membership. I'll be bringing in a bunch of old electronics I have laying around. I don't know about the other benefits.

Probably one of the best services to have from best buy in come in handy at any moment

This was a good thing that save me some money. It can be very good if you shop often at Best Buy.

You really don’t get anything special for being a reward member. We were supposed to get $50 to use on the next purchase and we needed a dryer the next day and we didn’t get it for 60 days.

I'm not sure yet but I think it was a great decision to purchase this membership.

It’s a solid deal if you buy from Best Buy a few times a year or make big tech purchases; otherwise, the free tier is usually enough.

I have been pleasantly surprised by this membership experience so far. I get access to helpful personnel and treated as a valued customer! Thank you, Best Buy. P.S. Not to be included in online post...I bought a LG 4C 55" which I'm very happy with. Though, was was so dissapointed that it did not get marked down unlike the 65"+ versions that got drastic markdowns, close to what I paid. Feels like did not get the value I should have.

We had previously ordered an OTC Microwave at Best Buy but we canceled it after a day. We searched in other places and did not find our unit to purchase. We returned to Best Buy and met one of your employees who took us slowly through the process of choosing from several that he patiently showed us. Finally he found with within our price range and with the proper dimensions. He was kind, patient, helpful and not persistent that we buy what he suggested. We made the choice with his help. We know we will always check with Best Nuy for items we need mainly because we are very happy and completely satisfied with the kind and knowledgeable guidance of your employee. Thanks so much.

Gives you longer to return something, and maybe has a few items a little cheaper as a result, but having to pay for that privilege seems like another way companies are just looking out to gouge consumers. I would give it 3 stars, but the only reason why I give it 4 is this is just the world we live in now. Without this charge, retailers like Best Buy would just lose against the Amazons of this new world. So, if you want to touch/feel/play with the products before you buy, you need to have the Best Buys still around.
