The whole experience with the purchase of my new TV was great. I came to Best Buy a few times to shop and each time the sales person was knowledgeable, helpful and considerate. After the purchase I had Geek Squad deliver and install the TV and sound bar. These two guys were very pleasant and helpful. They were neat, fast and certainly knew what they were doing. Everyone I dealt with made the whole experience very pleasant and easy!

I recently purchased a new refrigerator. Best buy i could have made. There was a slight but noticeable dent on the refrigerator but when i tell you that i had NO ISSUES in receiving a new one. Customer service was pleasant, cordial and took great care in solving the issue. I would definitely recommend making appliance purchases at Best Buy. I am one satisfied customer!!!

Time will tell how valuable this membership truly is, but so far I have managed to save almost as much as the membership cost (and we aren’t frequent tech buyers)

All it takes is buying two discount items for this membership to make total sense, it’s a good deal and after I needed to return an item to the store. The Best Buy associate made it so so easy.

If you shop at best buy a lot this is a worth a look at. Getting special deals and extra ways to get rewards, you can really make up for buying it in a short amount of time.

I joined hesitantly at the suggestions of a few video gaming Twitter/X influencers and honestly, I wish I joined sooner. I'm a Nintendo Switch user. The buy 2 get 1 free promo alone pays for itself, especially since Nintendo 1st party games don't go on sale often. And the beauty of this program is when they do go on sale, along with any 3rd games on Switch, they are still eligible for the B2,G1F promotion. Even digital games, be it on sale or not, qualify for the B2,G1F promotion. Nintendo Switch games promo aside, the few times I've had issues with an order, their customer service has been prompt to assist me and always thank me for being a My Best Buy Plus Member. I feel that thanks to be queer courteous and makes me feel as if my issue is their top priority. The annual membership is very reasonable too in my humble opinion. In all likelihood, I'll renew when it expires next year as I feel it's worth it not just for the Nintendo Switch games promo but getting exclusive deals for members only.

If you shop here a lot its totally worth it cant complain one bit.

Purchased a Mirosoft Surface Tablet 2 in 1, Normally, I do not believe in purchasing memberships; however, Staff's explanation of members pricing and services offered was appealing since I wasn't purchasing a keyboard immediately. Returned and purchased keyboard...happy I was able to get it at members price.

I always get apple products so why no just get this and automatically include my apple care with just one purchase for all my other apple/misc products.

The membership was a real value and basically paid for itself due to the points we received back from our purchase. We also liked the comfort of knowing we had 60 days for return should something not go as planned with our purchase.

I can save some money for the selected products like a new Macbook which I didn't pay for my Best Buy Plus that I got one when I purchased a new Macbook with alot of discount. Probably I should have buy next level of membership which come with AppleCare next time when I am shopping for a new Macbook in a few years. I wish this membership come with reward like collect the points with purchases to save up the points for free items or something.

This membership is beyond measure satisfactory! It’s convenient and easy to use especially for those whose lives are extremely busy and need to keep up to date with purchases and other available items.
