    Love my GE Refrigerator-Great Customer Service

    I was pleased with my purchase. James and Mickey, who delivered my refrigerator, were so helpful and thorough. They were early and called to let me know they were on their way. They also made sure that the refrigerator did not get scratched. James informed me how long it would take to get cold. I am very pleased that these two guys helped me. I have had other experiences where the delivery people did not know how to put my items together, and there was a language barrier that prevented me from explaining what was wrong. I was very pleased with my purchase. James and Mickey, who delivered my refrigerator, were incredibly helpful and thorough. They arrived early and called to let me know they were on their way. They made sure that the refrigerator didn't get scratched during the delivery. James also informed me how long it would take for the refrigerator to cool down. I’m really glad that these two guys assisted me. I have had other experiences where the delivery people were not knowledgeable about assembling my items, and there was a language barrier that made it difficult to explain what was wrong.

    I love my new i-pad. It so much faster and easier to play the games I love to play. I play my I-pad every day. Any time I sit down to rest I have it in my hands playing games. I absolutely love it.

    I absolutely love this membership! It really proved its value when my TV unexpectedly broke. I was worried it would be a long, stressful process to replace it, but it turned out to be the exact opposite. The whole experience was fast and incredibly easy. The claim process was simple, and customer service was helpful and responsive every step of the way. Before I knew it, I had a brand new TV without any hassle. This membership gave me real peace of mind and saved me both time and stress. I highly recommend it to anyone—it's definitely worth it!

    In May, I purchased a new Apple TV. One of the Best Buy associates sold me on getting a Best Buy Plus membership. A few weeks later, there was a sale on Apple items. It included the Apple TV. The price was the same, but now it included a free remote control holder. I knew I would have to go to the store to acquire it. The store is pretty far away, but it gave me a good excuse to have lunch with my daughter. I talked to a couple of the associates there. They said I would have to return my Apple TV and then buy a new one. I told them that didn't make any sense because then they would lose money on the deal. They would have an open box item that they couldn't sell for the same price. I told them that I lived far away and it was the last day of the sale. I insisted on talking to a manager. I know sometimes regular employees have to tow the line, but I knew a manager could help. It took a few minutes for them to get a manager out for me. However, he was very accommodating. He said all he needed was the serial number of the device I purchased. We were able to locate it. He did a little manipulation on the computer to show that I had returned it, and then immediately repurchased it. He gave me the remote control holder. I know not all companies allow their lower-tier employees to do what is necessary to make a customer happy, but they should. Many years ago, my second job was working for La Quinta Inns. I don't know if it's still the case, but at that time, they gave the desk clerks authority to do whatever it took to make a customer happy, even if they had to give them the room free for the night. Just a little something to think about because I'm sure some corporate person will see this. So anyway, I have already recouped $10 of my $50 membership fee, with 11 months to go. I'm always watching the emails for specials. I'm probably going to need a new vacuum cleaner before too long and may have to replace my old dryer. I expect that my membership will help with those two items, if necessary.

    Been pretty good so far. I like the shipping and value so far. A little disappointed that about a month or 2 later the price was reduced to $30. Wish they could have thrown me something for that difference but its ok.

    I don’t use it much but when I do it’s great I think but make sure you really need it before getting it because it would be a waste to have it and not using it

    Purchasing a $30 subscription to Best Buy plus saved me $100 instantly on my washer dryer purchase in store. The customer service representative was super helpful explaining everything and I would highly recommend.

    Persuasive salesman convinced me to sign up for the membership. Had to call the company to get the sale price for my camera when it was explained that they would automatically apply the sale price difference to my account. Received the refund but by MY initiative. Ask and you might receive.

    When the guys at the Tallahassee Store figured the price of my TV, they also calculated what it would cost if I joined. Joining saved me a substantial amount toward the TV. It's worthwhile!

    Bought an All in One to replace my laptop,

    It is a HP which I have had before and it will fit my needs perfectly. I do email and games. I do not like that I had to buy a DVD item because the new stuff only does plug ins. but My lap top was always plugged in and I didn't read small print.

    [Employee of bestbuy] Just another premium shopping service for store regulars. Was good, and I think I got enough discounts to just break even, and that's it. I don't need it anymore, though. If I bought TVs and was the father of a family and needed to buy tech and chose best buy and amazon as my primaries, I think I would've gotten way more value from it. My experience was 3 stars. For the people that shop here often and look for sales, it might be 5 stars. I put 4 stars as a middle ground.

    No Chance to Take Advantage of Any Deals Yet

    I purchased this when buying my Sony Bravia TV. The emails were a little confusing at first and I couldn't tell which were just sales they were sending to everybody and which were part of the Plus Program. Figuring it out, I got to see small additional savings on many items, none of which I needed, and none of the savings being show-stoppers. Maybe in the future they will offer something great that would actually convince me to purchase it, but that opportunity hasn't presented itself yet. That is the reason for three stars. I don't really know yet it if was worth it or not. I had to pick whether I'd recommend it or not in order to submit this review, so I selected "No" because at this time, I just don't know.

    It came in handy with 2-day shipping on first package; an expedited return/exchange when item did not work out of package; 2-day shipping again on second package; refund for "price match." All that in less than 2 weeks! The membership was well worth the price.
