    Use of Jitterbug Smart 3 cell phone support

    I have only used my benefit once since signing up for it. It is for my Jitterbug Smart 3 cell phone. Being a rookie with a cell phone it was a bit frustrating at first but as my knowledge has progressed, my frustration has lessened. I found the Geek Squad ok....they also were not able to fix some of my lack of knowledge issues and referred me back to Lively. All in all I find willingness to try to support but only average ability. Thank you for attempting but I must admit I left the store disappointed.

    I like the prices given with the my best buy plus membership, but on the other hand I have found prices that are the same, the only benefit so far is being able to return products past the period if I did not have the membership but I do not use that anyway so I am not sure if I will renew. I think I recommend if I was buying often.

    Asked about the benefits and it basically came down to the extended return period and some of the special deals. As someone who tends to buy a lot of "cutting edge" tech, it helps to be able to try things out for a little longer to see if it works well and return it if it doesn't.

    I haven't been able to take advantage of this membership. They only give 2 weeks to return a cell phone. I thought it was 60 days. So it's a little dissappointing. I'm hoping I can learn to like this cell phone soon. I was very satisfied with Avery`s help in the store cell phone department. He cleared several phones problems.

    So far it's been more than worth it. I have recived some price matching, was able to breck up a big purchase, and even got 50 dollars in bonus rewards.

    I got the membership in January to get a new TV for the Super Bowl. Then again in March for a new washer/dryer for our daughter. The TV & appliances came with a $200 discount applied part on the purchase and also a merchandise credit for future buys.

    The membership has been totally worth it. I’ve saved money with the exclusive member prices, and the free shipping makes online shopping super convenient.     Everyone was very helpful when I needed their help on a situation that I couldn’t figure out. I was stuck on the process in getting everything going with the right process to make sure that it was done right so after a phone call they got me up and going on my electronic project.

    Refrigerator purchase

    Went to purchase a refrigerator and waited 15 + minutes, only to have a gentleman who couldn’t answer any of our questions. He was able to pull up a pic on his phone but that was about it. Was also thinking of purchasing a tv but held off for the time being.

    Ran into a snag

    So far, no issues. Still learning the features. Item went on sale before 30 days of purchase. Phone regarding adjustment, first customer service person told me I was out of warranty to receive adjustment. Suggested I read the online policy. So, I do not understand the purpose of the purchase "My Best Buy Plus" membership. Had to call back to have issue resolved.

    Still not sure about it. I’m signed up while making two laptop purchases recently. The savings on the first laptop covered the cost of membership. Hope I get value out of it throughout the year.

    I am completely satisfied with this computer. It does anything i may need and a lot of things I did not even know existed. The best part of on this deal was the service. The sales rep. was off the charts “helpful”. He was great in making things understandable for a retired pain in the neck!

    I think the membership is worth it. Especially if you are purchasing lots of electronics. However, I do think that the frequency of electronic purchases a little less frequent to sign up for a membership. Perhaps I didn't get the whole gist of what was available.I will say that
