The membership is awesome. I get to stay informed about the latest and greatest products available. Well worth the cost of membership. The deals available are the lowest and most competitive in this market, thank you for that! I also have great trust on buying from Best Buy knowing my items will come to me in a safe and very speedy manor. My membership return policy is perfect, even though I never had to, it keeps a peace of mind just in case. Can't wait to see what great products I will be buying from Best Buy using my membership! So glad I joined My Best Buy Plus™! The deals are amazing, and I love getting special member pricing before everyone else. Free shipping is a huge bonus, and the return window is super helpful. Honestly feels like VIP treatment every time I shop.

Having the Best Buy membership is very valuable. It gives you peace of mind on many levels and offers many specials throughout the year that pays for it over and over.

This plan is excellent especially for all the Geek Squad help we have gotten for all our purchases. That and the product protection coverage has given us so much piece of mind.

I was skeptical when I first signed up, but after 2 years I’ve found it’s easily worth my money. I’m able to take more risks when purchasing something, knowing that I have 60 days to return - either because it didn’t fit my need, or a problem showed up after 30 days allowing me to exchange it for a working product. I’ve also been able to price adjust when sales up to 2 months after come up which has been amazing. I used to spread my shopping around, but as of now all of my electronics purchasing goes through Best Buy and it’s been greatly. Highly recommend!

I have to admit, my new laptop was a great deal and I love using it... so I want to thank the sales team over at the computer department at Best Buy. Their tip on getting a Best Buy Plus membership was good as well. I have been using my computer for almost a year and making smaller bites of payments per month was a big help.

The gentleman on the phone was very accommodating and explained several new nuisances that have evolved with the Best Buy Membership. I dropped our membership because there didn’t appear to have the same benefits as previously. I was forced to renew recently to facilitate a coffee maker return. The membership doesn’t seem to work as previously.

I'm still not quite sure the value. I used to be a platinum member and had perks for free. I'm not thrilled with the fact that now you have to pay for perks. Seems to be the American way now.

I was able to make all my money back from the subscription in rewards with a purchase and it has great value with deals and rewards on purchases! If you plan on visiting best buy often its worth it.

I wasn't really briefed a whole lot on what this program entails. However, if it gets me Geek Squad support for no extra charge it will be worth it if I need it.

Color on this tv is absolutely beautiful, so real. Have had no problems at all w/tv. Best Buy gentleman installed and set up everything and was done in no time with everything installed. Took away old tv and all the boxes.

I would recommend getting this because it has some nice perks. There are extra savings for members. Longer return window.

I never seen a membership with a lot of things that it offers but honestly it helps save money extremely well but if you have no technical issues at all there is no need for geek squads and if you don't shop a lot for expensive items at BestBuy then you have little use of this but I will say that BestBuy has a lot of save sales and price drops so if the item you bought goes down in price you will get the money back which is really good.
