What impressed me most was the exclusive member pricing. I can save hundreds on a new desktop and some sound systems just by being a member. And when the price dropped a few weeks later, Best Buy refunded me the difference—no hassle, no questions asked. That kind of customer-first approach is rare these days. Shipping is always fast and free, and I love that I get early access to deals before they go public. It feels like I’m part of a VIP club without the VIP price tag. If you shop at Best Buy even a few times a year, this membership pays for itself. It’s not just a loyalty program, I do really think it’s a smarter way to shop.

This membership really comes in handy because not only do it keep you up to date with all cool new and old products, sales, but most of all it helps you save money while gaining rewards at the same time!!

So back several years ago as a bestbuy credit card holder, i used to get 45 days return but that quickly change. Infact i even had the gamers club membership where bestbuy would give you 20% off on just about any game except the super popular ones but still awesome. I do wish they would bring that back. Anyways fast forward to today and now you have a meager 15 days return which makes things difficult if your product malfunctions you are pretty much stuck with it unless you buy the additional protection plan. I purchased this membership solely to have peace of mind on returning a product if it malfunctions or doesn't perform as the manufacturer states, this happened to me with a Segway Ninebot Max G2, things have been fixed on it now but it took several months of us being beta testers. So if you want to be able to have a 60 day hassle free return policy, please get this membership, its definitely worth it. There are other perks included like getting $5.00 rewards when you spend $100.00 on a product. For me its not a big deal to earn points as i spend thousands yearly here but with this new paid membership i no longer have the need to do that in order to keep a specific membership status. I will eventually upgrade to the total protection membership but need more customer experience feedback before i spend $130.00 more per year. Anyway, its worth it and i highly recommend it as a customer to you another fellow customer.

Well my experience started with customer service. Lynda was awesome. She helped us with purchase and was pleasant, and very knowledgeable. Our best buy membership has everything in it that we needed and no gimmicks in-between. My rating was excellent and for some reason it doesn't accept my stars !!

I purchased this last time dealing with Geek Squad. So helpful with every event, like having my own IT team.The savings along on special deals far exceeds the little cost. Highly recommend this to everyone who shops at Best Buty!

This is my first time using this specific membership. Its been a year since I had it. So far, its been a satisfying experience. The perks such as the reward certificates that you get for BestBuy purchases provide an incentive to purchase other items in the store with significant discounts. This is just scratching the surface as far as what the membership provides. I have the BestBuy plus which has been good so far.

Picked up 2 of these at purchase to replace a pair of 24 LGs. I'll admit, I didn't realize they were 240 Hz monitors until after purchase. Kinda threw me, but they're easily clocked to anything below without issue. Running on both linux and win platforms with a 7900XT, I push outs from DP but scale down to HDMI at the sending side. I'm not the most fickle on monitors and the wonky cabling might be quality degrading, but I don't like being jerked around. In this case, I don't feel jerked around. I think Best Buy did me a solid, so... review time!

Good plan if you frequently shop at Best buy or buy high ticket items

It’s nice to get deals even after you purchase an item but, I wasn’t informed I had to bring the item into the store to claim the deal on the day it was going on. Regardless it’s nice having more time to return things if something goes wrong.

I’ve had the My Best Buy Plus™ membership for a few months now, and I honestly wish I had signed up sooner. It’s one of the best value subscriptions I’ve come across in retail. From the moment I joined, I started seeing the benefits — especially the exclusive member pricing, which already saved me more than the cost of the membership! I recently purchased a few big-ticket items (a PS5 accessory, a coffee machine, and headphones), and the savings alone were impressive. What I also love is the free 2-day shipping with no minimum — super convenient, especially when ordering tech or gifts at the last minute. The extended return window gives me peace of mind, and their customer service has been excellent every time I needed help. If you shop at Best Buy even occasionally, this membership is 100% worth it. Good for a gaming laptop, its performance is very middle of the road. Only problem i have with it would be thw battery life, you'd be lucky if at 100% it last and 1 1/2 hours of the charger.

Got a xbox series x with memory expansion plus a switch 2 saved some money. Employee was super helpful and professional. Will definitely shop here from now on for electronics.

I have high hopes that this subscription is going to be well worthy it. Haven’t used yet.

unfortunately, I couldn't keep anymore my membership because of financial reasons not related to Best Buy... in this mean time I was able to purchase excellents items and staff were really cooperative and expert. I hope in the future regain the membership status and also hope to find better options and a cheaper membership

I had recently bought a new computer from Best Buy. Unexpectedly I ended up in the hospital and never got to set my computer up until after the fifteen day return policy expired. Upon setting up my computer, we found out it had major hardware corruption issues. Not knowing what to do, I asked Best Buy for advice. The manager, Collin not only took care of the problem, but I got some money back since the computer was now on sale. He signed me up for the Plus plan which now gave me more time to see if any more problems arose with my NEW computer that he had shipped to me the same day! On a Sunday! I was so overwhelmed by his kindness, I cried. In a crazy world, this young man was tops!! Top rating for his service and his human kindness !! And now I am getting a 25.00 reward toward purchases. I have this plan for a year and will never go without it again!
