Bought a HP Slim Desktop on 12/14/25. Was not told it was a "refurbished" unit. When asked about getting a bigger hard drive, the salesman went up front and got one. He was polite and efficient, but evidently he sold us the wrong drive. He brought up a SATA instead of SSD M.2. I had to research and order my SSD M.2 online and purchase another drive.

Great service, easy to work with and always ship on time

No-hassle return for a monochrome HP printer I had purchased 18 months earlier along with a 5 year Geek Squad protection plan. I also received credit for the new print cartridge I had just installed. The first thing I purchased with my store credit was a Best Buy membership that would cover ALL my new purchases instead of purchasing a separate protection plan for every purchase. The annual membership is more cost effective (e.g. I paid for a 5 year contract on the HP printer but lost the extra 3-)1/2 years of coverage when I returned it.)

Membership happened within a sale, and from beginning to end the process is relevant to our needs as consumers. 60 day price guarantee. In addition to the overall membership rating...Before Delivery, setup, and questions answered from the crew, what BestBuy did for me was help me simply change my selection over the phone when I chose a different w/d unit for our house. It took less than 10 minutes and it was all over the phone. Later after the sale I went and purchased the 5 year warranty directly at the stores check out which took less than 3 minutes.

Anytime I have purchased something from Best Buy, I have been very impressed. Our last purchase was a 65 inch OLED television. Free delivery and only $50 to take our previous TV! The year before, I purchased an automatic starter for my car through the Geek Squad! The best thing for these cold winter mornings! The customer service is superior.

So back several years ago as a bestbuy credit card holder, i used to get 45 days return but that quickly change. Infact i even had the gamers club membership where bestbuy would give you 20% off on just about any game except the super popular ones but still awesome. I do wish they would bring that back. Anyways fast forward to today and now you have a meager 15 days return which makes things difficult if your product malfunctions you are pretty much stuck with it unless you buy the additional protection plan. I purchased this membership solely to have peace of mind on returning a product if it malfunctions or doesn't perform as the manufacturer states, this happened to me with a Segway Ninebot Max G2, things have been fixed on it now but it took several months of us being beta testers. So if you want to be able to have a 60 day hassle free return policy, please get this membership, its definitely worth it. There are other perks included like getting $5.00 rewards when you spend $100.00 on a product. For me its not a big deal to earn points as i spend thousands yearly here but with this new paid membership i no longer have the need to do that in order to keep a specific membership status. I will eventually upgrade to the total protection membership but need more customer experience feedback before i spend $130.00 more per year. Anyway, its worth it and i highly recommend it as a customer to you another fellow customer.

Well - this is a little difficult to review at this time, because have not really used it yet (reason for 4 stars). Purchased because of package deal at time of purchase of new Samsung TV and therefore giving it a trial run for 1 year and will see how it goes and will then decide whether or not to renew annually.

I honestly applied for a Best Buy credit card because my dad had it, when I was younger and he helped me purchase my first iMac computer. Until this day, I remember how much the Best Buy credit card helped him. So I decided to get one too and it’s a lifesaver plus the Best Buy membership 10 out of 10.

Membership is really good if you make multiple purchases frequently from best buy.

It’s a solid member ship and saved me a few dollars off a laptop. However, I haven’t shopped there and have had no incentive since then. Was it nice for the moment ? Yeah. I just don’t see the point in having a long lasting subscription or even the upgraded one.

This membership got us some bonus rewards on the first purchase. I especially like being able to get the rewards on items at my local outlet store. First was a great deal on a Lenovo laptop and a monitor. Unfortunately, some cables were missing from the monitor box even though it was supposedly in excellent condition. No problem, when we took it back a few days later only to find a recent arrival of a bigger and better Nvidia monitor. Customer service was excellent. They exchanged it with no problem. Happy ever sense with both items. Recently I bought a couple Braun shave heads. Price was competitive with other retailers and I could use my reward points with free shipping. The good news was they were OEM. Expecting them to be P&G made in the US for Braun, imagine my surprise when they arrived a couple days later and the package said made in Germany. Plus, program is definitely worth the money you get discounts on a lot of things plus there’s a lot of other perks for being a member. I enjoy having a better return policy also just in case there’s an issue with products.

Never to rush you and will always make you feel comfortable. #2 After your purchase you need to make a schedule. Loyd does a great job in trying to schedule a delivery or service around your time. Not always easy but he always seems to manage it. #3 Jeff maybe the last person you may have to deal with. I am almost 96 years of age and let's face it it's like learning all over again. Jeff is like a teacher. He is very patient and will explain every detail. When he is through, he will always leave you feeling comfortable. Because every set up maybe different and could be confusing to you he will offer his cell phone number and say phone me any time and I'm sure we can work your way through the set up. that is special! #4 Just a great team to work with. I started years ago with MAGNOLIA TV and now I'm with BEST BUY. I am a very happy BEST BUY CUSTOMER.

I am pleased with the performance of this product. It is a great addition to my home. I purchased this item to help clean the air in a bedroom, but to my surprise it practically cleans the air in my whole house. The peace of mind that it is covered by the Geek squad, is a plus.
