The Best Buy Plus membership helped me a lot even if I barely used it! I got an amazing deal on suitcases for my whole family, which shows that the membership is not just limited to electronic devices, but a plethora of things. Although I found myself not purchasing from Best Buy often, it was amazing to hop onto the app and see the cool deals they offer.

I have purchased a mini things through Best Buy and everything I have ever brought. I have never had any problems if something went wrong I needed to return it or if something was damaged and I needed to return it the Best Buy Plaza Airport Road is the best never had a hard time they have always been willing to assist me And I appreciate everything they do Best Buy really stand behind a products thank you guys so much. I really only purchased this to be capable of purchasing an extended accidental damage warranty. That and the extended return window are/were the only perks of this.

I signed up and not even a week or two later I was alerted that I saved $30.

I am so pleased with the My Best Buy Plus membership. I have saved way more in the last few weeks than the membership cost - that's a great value. I saved money by getting the special Member pricing and love that the price adjustment is good for 60 days. I can make my purchase now and enjoy what I'm buying without thinking about if I should wait for a better price. I am super pleased with this membership - 5 Stars!

The Membership Plan was a great benefit when my refrigerator died and the one I wanted was on back order. The Plan allowed Best Buy to provide me with a loaner refrigerator until the one I wanted was back in stock.

The ability to get free two-day shipping and exclusive member discounts makes shopping so much easier and cost-effective. The extended return window is a big plus for someone like me who likes to take their time with purchases. It feels like Best Buy really values its members with all these perks. If you’re someone who shops for tech or gadgets often, this membership is definitely a great choice!

I purchased this membership and it paid for itself twice. The price guarantee was great for me the price dropped twice on the TV I purchased. I was able to get the lower price two times within the 60 day period . Whenever I go to the store to purchase anything or use my reward points it is very easy and the employees are very helpful.

I purchased a computer, an iPad and an iPad Pen. The pen you sold me is not compatible with the iPad you sold me on the exact same day! So, now I have to search for the receipt in the bowels of my email so my daughter can borrow a friend’s car and VERY inconveniently return the pen to a store in the next town over from where she lives.

I have already benefited from the extended 60-day return policy that accompanies the Plus membership. It's a small (annual membership) investment that could have an excellent ROI depending upon what you typically purchase in a year.

Not many things too buy, though I thought some perks from geek squad could have been included for free. Like dashcam installation on purchase of dashcam if there is a membership present

Techs/employees are great and helpful which is very refreshing nowadays.

Mediocre overall. Online scheduling of appointments with a store that is 2 1/2 hrs away or talking to someone in customer service on the phone that English isn’t theirs first language is taxing. Although eventually the phone representative did get me an appointment that hadn’t been accepted online. Nothing indicated I was to get a confirmation that my appointment was scheduled and I would receive written confirmation. Not being able to contact the store directly is not reassuring when needing information germane to the location. The in-store representative, though by himself, did go out of his way to get me in and out as quickly as possible(he was already involved with another customer and my appointment was 10 min past being waited on)as I only needed to drop something off for a known repair reason, not some technical issue. Having what appears to be apparent offshore customer service base is really frustrating especially with communication. Not even sure my membership will be able to be used in this case.
