    I like having my $50.00 membership at Best Buy. It allowed to get $100.00 back on a Black Friday price drop plus It is actually free since you get to use $50.00 to purchase something in a store. However I do not like that you can not call a local Best Buy store. Their AI is terrible. The choices they offer are worthless. Get a real person to answer your store phones. I have passed up buying many items from Best Buy because I could not check availability at local store.

    This membership seems like a good value and pays for itself. I especially like the extended return window, price match, usually free delivery, and exclusive promotions. Overall worth it.

    I am always able to get my questions answered quickly and the team is super friendly. The member pricing certainly helps and I find a lot of savings on a wide variety or products. For the price the service, discount, and additional return window is well worth the money.

    This seemed to be a good deal but……. We purchased a tv and we’re waiting the two weeks to be delivered. The day before the delivery date given us in store it was pushed back three more weeks. NOT ACCEPTABLE! Canceled order and purchased the same tv for $700.00 less from an another store. Bad customer service that can’t speak English and the store doesn’t have a phone to speak with employees to help you. Bad business practices all around.

    Highly recommend the Best Buy membership. The benefits are much greater than the membership fee. In most cases, an extended in-store return period is provided on any major purchase. A promotional coupon is issued for new purchases.

    It had been years since I was a Best Buy shopper as my local store had really went down hill. I shopped at my current local one last year and have now been to two different ones in two states and I was blown away. It feels like the original Best Buy; great customer service, shelves stocked—I’m glad I can back!

    Your TV department was very helpful. They gave us extensive information on several products. The staff was friendly, experienced and easy to work with. When the original purchase was not working well, you picked it up and brought out a different, much more costly TV that is just perfect - thank you.

    I bought this at the urging of sales staff so that if the price of my main purchase dropped in two months I would see a benefit. I have not had the membership long enough to discern any value. So far it has resulted in a lot of email. I do find the Best Buy buying experience pretty pleasant and painless. Jury still out on this membership.

    This was a fantastic membership that actually included the most important benefit of extending your return window from 30 days to 60 days. All I can say is that extra time is totally worth it especially if you forgot you purchased somehthing you no longer need or never needed but forgot about it.

    To be honest, I wasn’t incredibly thrilled about it, and I thought I would receive a lot more savings than I did and if I would’ve known that, I was gonna have to pay renewal fees I would’ve canceled. I wasn’t given notice that the membership was up so after it was done, I simply didn’t want to go through the motions of trying to get a refund. I have noticed that the products that I usually buy on a regular basis are either out of stock or I can find cheaper on websites like Amazon and Newegg, etc..

    The 5 stars go to Jon Langtry, geek squad agent. Had very bad experiences with the previous visits from others, to correct the problem. 0ne more kink to work out, but Jon has been notified. I am happy with the perks from my BB Plus membership.
