The installer was amazing. So knowledgeable. Our home is older and complicated. He just dealt with everything efficiently and calmly. Of course the dishwasher is excellent, but the installer made such an impression. Five stars to the dishwasher. Six stars to the installer.

I got this membership for $49 a year and immediately saved $700 on a range I purchased for my wife. If it never saves me another penny (which I’m sure it will) it was worth getting it for that 1 purchase. Thanks Best Buy for starting this new program i would advise everyone to sign up for it.

The deals are great and I love the fact we have 60 days to return a product just in case it does not work for us. The best part is the deal match that we can go back in within 60days and if the price drop we would get that back.

Looking forward to using new membership with Geek Squad support and having the protection plan and extended warranty.

The Best Buy Plus membership has been great for us this year. We purchased a laptop and several things to go with it. I like knowing that my purchase was secure and it we had any problems or needed to exchange something we had time to get that done.

Was a really informative and throughly helpful in trying to get me the type of hardware i was looking for, went above and beyond while also being able to help other customers or get them help they needed too. I have bad memory so i cant remember bros name but i appreciate him immensely.

Your rating for the my Best Buy plus is nothing to brag about. I tried to get some help about the computer I bought from youn but was denied because I don't have geek squad

It isn't as easy to get the right product or refund if not meet the right decision. Bestbuy employees made me more than easy for my home find. My dad shops more than me. He had never felt mis understood about his product before he bought it. They are very geniune

We arrived at the store and were greated by a person that directed us to the department we needed. Then Richard arrived to help. He was very helpful and gave us various choices of product. we settled on one product and he checked us out explaining every thin in full detail. I would definately us Richard again.

Great Experience!! We had bought a laptop and it went on sale so we went in for a price match and were taken care of.

The Geeksquad gentlemen was very professional. He guided me the steps needed as he removed the the continuous antivirus popups on my laptop. I’m very pleased of the result.

It doesn’t grant you any real early access to any prerelease or preorders that come out. Although it gets you a minor discount on some (not all) items you’re looking to buy. So long as you buy all your video games from them, it might pay for itself in discounts acquired. Was hoping for exclusive early preorders for the Switch 2 or Pokemon card releases so it’s kind of a bummer there. Still worth it in my eyes so 3 stars.

This membership seems to be a real value, especially if you looking to make multiple purchases throughout the year.
