I purchased this membership for peace of mind and hope I won't need it.

We had incredible support from Brandon in the Carson City store. He anticipated questions before we asked them. He was also extremely friendly. We also like the quality and selection that Best Buy offers. Not to mention warranties that are offered. Just a great experience!

Im a member because I am technically challenged. However; I purchased a television and nobody took my phone number or recorded that it was me. I didn’t notice that they failed to extract my information at time of checkout. I’ve lost the receipt and there’s no way of tracing it. BIG bummer. Not happy about it and I’m a member! I’ll still stay a member, but I expect more. My TV is broken and now I have no recourse.

This membership has a lot of perks. I’d recommend it to anyone looking to gain access to the latest technology that’s out there.

First time purchasing this membership. So far no problems!

I honestly got this when I bought my laptop because I get 60 days to try it out instead of 15 but it has its perks like price matching different stores, and if a item let’s say you bought for 1000 dollars goes on sale a week later for 800 you can’t get that 200 difference back

I appreciate the customer service received over the phone. It is rare these days to easily get through to a real person and not have to navigate long wait times and directories. My mistaken membership was promptly refunded and credited back to me.

The person was very helpful explaining things he did not try to see me stuff

I'm not sure what it did other than save me money on my laptop when I first subscribed. But that was worth the price of admission.

Other than a delay in installation of over a month everything else was goo.
