    This membership really comes in handy for our work from home lifestyle. Monitors and gadgets—we find it all at Best Buy to equip our home office.

    Since you are paying Best Buy now to be a member, you need to make sure you are shopping at BB often enough to make it worthwhile. I used to love going to the store and just looking at merchandise. Now, many stores carry little items and my buying habits no longer include BB as often. The cost of membership could be outweighed by savings. Make an informed decision.

    My experience with Zane was very impressive. My phone was broken and I’d forgotten my passwords. He helped me pick out a phone and worked thru the problems until I had it all up and working. He even made sure it worked thru the audio in my car. Friendly smart an excellent representative for your company. Every other employee said Zane was the best.

    Misleading subscription – couldn’t use benefits

    I subscribed to a Best Buy membership at the moment of purchasing my laptop during my trip. The salesperson told me that by signing up I would be able to access a series of discounts and benefits right away. However, what they never mentioned was that those benefits wouldn’t be available for the first couple of weeks — exactly the period I was staying in the U.S. As a result, I paid a significant amount of money for a subscription I couldn’t actually use. I feel that the information provided at the time of purchase was misleading, and the product didn’t deliver what was promised. I’m very disappointed with this experience and would appreciate if Best Buy could review this situation and consider a refund for a service that I was unable to benefit from.

    We've enjoyed the reasonable price membership. We've been able to get a couple of things for free through points earned on purchases we made. Also got our washer and dryer with no interest for over a year to get it paid off. We also get 60 days to return stuff I believe if it's unopened and have the receipt. Can't remember the rules that well, but it's been good for us.

    This is a great choice for those of you who want to maximize the value of your electronic investments! Also, perfect for those who aren't quite sure what version of a product is best and need longer than 14 days to decide. Definitely recommend this at the LEAST when purchasing with Best Buy!

    I buy appliances at best buy for the extended warranty. I like the employees at the eager road location. They are knowledgeable and have engaging personalities. I also have gone back with questions, stephen in appliance and possibly “batman” in samsung, have helped me after the sale.

    Kind of feel like I just agreed to this so the employee can make commission or whatever they do for that hoping I actually get the rebate that they were talking about if my product drops in price but not sure how to do that
