I think this will probably be worth it in the end, and I've taken advantage of a price match already. But I'm knocking off a star because there was supposed to be the benefit of 60-day returns and an item I bought Oct. 27 is saying returns no longer available. I'm not sure why the system did that and I hope it doesn't in the future.

Friendly staff and very helpful. I purchased ny first Chromebook and they set me up wuth a Best Buy card.

If you shop alot at best buy, completely worth it. Lots of discounts, 60 day return window(Ive used this alot while upgrading my pc with ease and no issues) Only 50 dollars annually, I have now used 50 dollars in rewards and have 30 dollars to use towards any purchase. this is sooooo worth it.

Great value; especially if in the market for products Best Buy offers.

honestly it may not be worth it to purchase this membership, I used it maybe four times over the year and it never gave me any discounts really that I can remember. I don't shop at Best buy that often but I did get a 86-in television and it never gave me any points back as well as earbuds for a couple of times and it never gave me any points I don't remember getting any freebies from this membership.

I’m really disappointed in what I received because my stove came incomplete, even if it was open box The stove was complete when I saw it in storeI don’t care. I paid cash for it for it to be incomplete, and no one tried to help me. very disappointed with the Compton location. so theyday my stove is still incomplete. It’s still missing a burner and no one I mean absolutely no one has contacted me in regards to this issue. you guys should check your cameras to see where my pieces went.

I had trouble setting up my new iMac Mini so I packed everything up and went back to Best Buy. A very courteous and understanding young woman had it up and working in about 20 minutes. I followed her guidelines when I got home, and everything is working fine now.

the salesman who sold the washer was not real good. The delivery guys were OUTSTANDING!!! The washer is doing a great job!

This is a great experience and I’m really grateful to have spent 50 bucks for this just can’t plan that has already saved me money and giving me some free trials to some different Apple programs, including Apple TV

I am really pleased with this Plus membership. I got to use the Geek Squad at No Charge. Best Buy is able to pull up all my contacts with them to use to fix our issue.

So far, so good. There seems to be many benefits to having his membership but it's too early to tell since I haven't made that much use out of the benefits yet.

I love it. I have gotten some good deals and keep up to date with my tech. I was skeptical at first but when I bought a TV at Best buy it was a no brainer to get the best buy plus.

The customer service received was amazing answered all my questions and directed me to exactly what would be needed to accommodate our needs.

This membership is the real deal. I have been able to find items I have been wanting at a discounted price. Because sometimes I have not bought an item due to the price its at but having the membership deals makes it so so worth the buy.

Love getting the drops and discounts. Additional warranty is great.

Well-worth the price! I really like the extended return policy and the extra discounts that members-only get. I'll renew next year too.
