I personally thought the total tech price was a bit high even with the benefits. I know I wanted to get the total tech but I couldn’t justify the cost. But now that Bestbuy has a tier it’s perfect because the prices I paid is more understandable and doable. Worth the return policy alone. That gives many people peace of mind when either having issues with electronics or simply changing their minds. Bestbuy has a great return policy as is but now with the extended time it makes it even better. Plus u get special pricing and discounts all the time. I recommend this tier of Plus 100%.

Excellent experience. Initially I was septical as price match will be honoured on some pretext or other. Best Buy was was extremly nice. I find Best Buy membership is very good & a good value of membership money.

$50 credit given as promo when signed for the membership, but wasn’t explained clearly that it wasn’t valid right away and for only about 2 weeks. I was able to utilize it but wasn’t convenient. Membership good if making multiple purchases and looking to have some shipped.

As of today, I don't think I have been sufficiently informed about what products I might want to consider purchasing due to any "special" pricing or other considerations. I'm waiting to become aware of exactly why I signed-up for the membership. Is there an online URL where I can see what kind of offers I would be missing if I hadn't signed-up? A store employee told me that I would be getting some exceptional deals in September, But I'm not seeing what he was telling me to be on the look-out for. At the moment, it's been underwhelming. I'm not noticing a difference. Also, I have forgotten the details of membership benefits; where can I find a synopsis of what benefits I am able to access? Thank you for your attention.

One of the best purchases I ever made. It immediately paid for itself with the discount on delivery/Install of $80. Then when my TV was reduced in price by $700 a week after it was installed, all I had to do was go to customer service and they a credit to my account. I spent $50 and received $730 in value. Winning.

We got the membership when an item we wanted to buy had extra member discount, which already covered the membership cost itself and still left us with some extra savings. It got even better when more member discounts were discovered down the road. Overall pretty good value!

I figured I would give this membership level a try. While I still have it since it is providing exactly what it promotes, so far I do not think it is a good fit for me. I will be using it for a few more months to see if I get more value out of it. However, as someone who does not need GeekSquad support, the other savings do not justify the membership with my purchasing levels.

Thank goodness I'm covered with Best Buy Plus because I know that I'm in the best of the best hands
