We have always purchased our appliances at Best Buy. We love the service, the sales and the ease of returning if we are not satisfied. Best Buy Plus gives us even more flexibility.

I truly believe this membership is a great bargain. I use it all the time, too. The special member pricing and the unlimited support from the Geek Squad team alone are worth the price of admission. I got the membership with a promotional gift card for signing up. Without the promotion I would have never purchased the membership. I think that the typical 2 week return policy of this store is offensive compared to competitors and having to purchase a membership to increase the return window takes advantage of customers. I neeeever use Geek Squad, in my location its a disappointment but I am tech savvy and do computer builds and electronic stuff on my own. Furthermore, I am a member of another club that, for example, doubles the manufacturers warranty so for a notebook I get a two year warranty instead of just one. Why would I settle for 2 or 4 weeks? Absurd. Gave 5 stars since it didnt cost me money and I've saved $7 on a purchase so far. Maybe if you buy a lot of BB stuff and like GS its a win but hard for me to recommend based on my use. I do most of my purchases at BB via Deal of the Day and buy things I dont plan on returning.

I got this for the 2 month return period in case I was not satisfied with my laptop. Having the peace of mind that while I’m using it for these 2 months I can return it has eased my anxiety about buying an expensive product like a laptop. Even if you open the item and use it for a few days, as long as you keep it in saleable condition, you can return it without stress. It makes buying electronics so much easier and more confident. Find out when certain items are on sale for plus members, if it’s about $50 or more cheaper. Then get the plus membership and save even more. Extra return time makes it nice as well. Done this a couple times now. Works great. Plus, you do find items for a cheaper price with the membership. It works!

Dislike that what was once free is not a subscription. Like that they reduced the price. Dislike that they reduced the number of items that receive discounts. Only worth it for the certificates.

I'm rarely buy latest model of anything so, membershiplike this is really useful when you have several valuable purchases. It's not my case. Anyway, I enjoyed a reduced price with my purchases and I'm grateful about that
