60 day return window is just absurd for being able to return ANYTHING. Especially with tech products which universally have almost non existent return windows.

Bought this model because it is so spacious. Love that you have ice make in door. Easy to remove and store ice in freezer drawer below.

I was told what I needed to get by Geek Squad. Instead of confirming they do didn't have that part in any of their stores he handled me a powered serial port that he said should take care of my needs. It did not. He said I could return the part if it didn't work, and when I did see him to let him know, he got very indifferent and stuffy about the whole issue. Thanks for nothing and two wasted trips from Guthrie to that store location (Quail Springs).

This is one of those things that’s a no brainer. It gives you a longer return window in the off chance of product failue and it saves major money. It paid for itself 2 times over in my first purchase

I was buying a new PC for my my son. It was $1900 The cashier asked me if I wanted to purchase the membership for 50 bucks which at the time I really didn't want to spend the money but they told me when this PC will go on sale and whatever the sale price is I will get the difference from what I paid and sure enough a week later it went on sale. I got $267 cash back, which was awesome in the long run. This membership is worth it.

My old iPad died so I had to get a new one asap- I use the iPad a lot! My new one is similar but a slightly larger screen; a few enhanced buttons, etc. I chose blue (very pretty). I rejoined the Geek Squad and they set everything up for me. Perfect. I like the security knowing they will take care of all my devices.

I’ve only had Best Buy Plus for a month and honestly, I’m loving it. I've Saved over $150 right away on a new monitor, which already paid for the membership. Even smaller stuff like headphones and smart home gear had surprise discounts and the free 2-day shipping with no minimum has been super convenient. The 60-day return window makes me feel way more relaxed when buying tech. If this is what one month looks like, I’m excited to see how much I save this year

The longer return window is super helpful (especially if you’re indecisive with tech), and the member-only deals can save you a decent amount over time. It also just feels nice having a little extra flexibility when buying expensive stuff.

The system sounds great. And bought it on saleit on sale which helped. Nothing to dislike only like. use it for my TV.

This mid grade tier is perfect. I've helped clients purchase great items. The unique discounts and extended return times are great when you run into issues down the line that may not show up for several days past most places that offer 7 days.
