    So far it’s nice! Rep encouraged I buy it when I got my MacBook Pro and the price match option has saved me a hundred dollars already. It just dropped again on Best Buy’s website… May go get the extra $50 if I can

    Overall quality is less than expected, especially the lower pots/pans drawer. I should have found a display unit to look at before I purchased this product. It was not present in any nearby stores, but the ratings seemed good. My experience so far: The electronic control display panel is very hard to read (except for the clock) and all selections such as oven features are not lighted! Only a small red lighted, hard to see readout/ map is present on the central display to identify a burner that is active; and only a small red lighted readout is present on the display that says "hot" surface after a pan is removed. However, this "hot" indicator does not tell which burner surface area is hot. The front located burner control knobs do not have a lighted signal at the control knob to tell which burner the control operates, so it is hard to tell which burner it controls. Only a little, hard to see, unlighted burner map spot by the knob indicates the location of the burner associated with the knob. The front control knobs are easily turned on when brushing up against the range while working in the kitchen or passing by the range. Several times now a burner was accidently turned on resulting in a very hot pan and burner surface. Likely this condition would have caused damage if I had not noticed the problem. Do not leave pots/pans on the range top burner areas when not using the range! While cooking I noted that if I remove the pan I am using from a cooking surface to add something and quickly replace it, sometimes the burner stops operating even though the control knob is advanced. The oven works well heating up quickly and baking evenly. The convection feature is also nice to have. I would not purchase the product again.

    Love the fact that they price match if the product went on sale. I asked what if price drops multiple times and they said they adjust it that many times. Yet to find that out but I did get some money back on the first drop!

    I was met by a very helpful young man who gave me news I didn’t like but that’s not his fault! I wanted help with my Apple Watch that I purchased at B Buy. Intentional purchase at B Buy to avoid the Apple Store. But I understand that B Buy no longer services apple products due to the proximity of an Apple Store in Emeryville. TOO BAD! He consulted with me and helped my make a decision to wait until the problem happens again!

    I loved having a membership with Best Buy. One of the best perks is being able to price match when buying an item from them. You get deals all the time and have protection over the items that you buy.

    I recently went to your stores in Augusta, Maine and Portland , Maine in an attempt to purchase a new Subwoofer. I was initially told in Augusta that Best Buy had none fore sale. When I commented that the store website had stated that they did have units for sale the salesperson immediately Stated, after consulting her phone, that yes indeed they did have some available. I then asked her if I would be able to hear them, she said yes. When I arrived at the area in the store where they were located only two of the displays were working. Another salesperson told me that I wouldn't be able to have them demonstrated, but I could still buy one. He was corrected by another worker who said all he needed to do was to alert their IT person to come over to help. That worker came to fix the display, but I was told it would take 15 minutes to reboot. I came back and that display was now working, but I went to another one and it was not. Since I had now spent over an hour of my time, I left without purchasing anything. A few days late I went to the Portland store thinking I would be able to find working displays. They too could not demonstrate all of their models due to displays which were not working. Again I was told I could still buy one of their subwoofers. At both locations, salesmen had to search their phones for simple questions I asked regarding the equipment in the area of the store in which they worked and were supposed to have expertise. I can search the web also for information. What someone needs is the ability to converse with another person with knowledge of the equipment to render opinions and reasons why a purchase of specific units should be considered. I am astonished that in both experiences, salesmen thought that I would make a purchase of an expensive piece of audio equipment without being able to listen to them. I subsequently made my purchase at another retailer. All this being said, I wonder of the advantage of owning a membership at your chain and unfortunately, cannot clearly see one.

    Our experience was mostly positive. The sales agent was knowledgeable and well-informed about the products, which made the selection process easier. However, there was a small hiccup—when asked about the Best Products Plus program, we said we weren’t members. The agent enrolled us without fully explaining that there were different levels of membership, and we ended up with a billable tier we hadn’t anticipated. That said, the installation process more than made up for it. The technician was fantastic—prompt, efficient, and very well-organized. He walked us through everything and ensured the setup went smoothly. We highly recommend including Geek Squad for any installations and old equipment removal—they truly elevate the overall experience.
