Amazing a true 10 out of 10! It is truly awesome. How many deals you get with having this membership 100% truly worth it!

This membership has paid for itself with just a few purchases. The "Plus" price is often not really much better than the sale price for the same item/s from other retailers, but every once in a while, a truly spectacular deal comes through. We purchased a new Samsung Induction Range for our kitchen, which is an appliance that tends to be rather expensive. The price on Best Buy Plus was less than 1/3 the full retail price and over $1500 less than the next closest sale price we could find from any other retailer. We don't know why the price was so insanely low. One might think it's a bad product that should be avoided when priced like that, but it has hundreds of excellent reviews (4.5 stars average) from many different users across multiple retailers and we have had a first class experience with it. We couldn't pass up such a "screaming" deal on something we've had our eye on for some time. We also bought a pair of Nintendo Switch Pro Controllers on a screaming deal. The sale price on the controllers was low enough to offset the cost of the membership while still be a little lower than the cost for the same items anywhere else. That made the Plus membership a pretty easy sell for us.

I lucked out and got a year of MyBB+ for a cent. It was brilliant. I love the effortless support and help I get with it.

My biggest gripe with Best Buy is that the customer can’t call the store or the sales person. This makes often very essential direct communications impossible, unless the sales person shares personal mobile #.

Great value. Best thing is peace of mind, that I can take my time to check and think whether I want to return the hardware.

They offer good perla but only if you are a frequent buyer, otherwise not really worth it. However, the return policy makes its value really high

Best Buy did a good job highlighting the benefits of the My Best Buy Plus membership when I was in the store a few years back. I’m not typically one to join a membership with an annual fee, however the value provided is actually there and not overstated. I tend to use Best Buy for Christmas, birthdays, and my wife’s home office. Combined, I’ve been able to use a number of different deals for each occasion and have saved a good bit since I started the membership a few years back. The exclusive member deals are actually pretty good (with a good variety) and make it feel like you get a premium discount compared to non members. Overall, I’m happy with the purchase and wasn’t hesitant to renew after the first year. I’d recommend for anyone who uses Best Buy 3+ times per year.

Happy my girl told me get membership. I bought a ps5 and was able to return twice for exchange. Best biy swit hed it no questions asked. If you like electronics this membership is crucial.

The staff member that dealt with was very thorough to make sure that I understood my options with my home computer. He gave me several options and I was satisfied with the outcome. Earlier I purchased a new desk computer and recently I purchased a new computer. Best Buy is going to transfer my memory to my new computer. Thank goodness that Best Buy is near my home. I would like to recommend all the employees I dealt with at Best Buy’s store especially Mike Sellers & Gio they went out of their way to make sure everything was handled properly and in a timely matter. There was a delivery/installation issue that they both took the time to resolve asap and Mike also made sure that my counter depth refrigerator fit in the space and got back to me right away without question, via calls and text. If Best Buy’s keeps employees like these their business will always do well. I will recommend this store every time.

The membership is an awesome value for everything you get. Plus they have half off sometimes and can get you discounts in the store that pay for itself!

I wasn't sure I would need this. It seemed frivolous at the time, but so far the price match for the 2 months is easily worth it as it's saved me $150 on a macbook purchase.

definitely don’t regret getting the membership, comes in handy with different deals and quick relations with the store itself

It helps so much I have a two year old who breaks everything and having Best Buy coverage makes it easy for repairs and replacements

Second service rep that waited on me was very knowledgeable and professional and explained the items and details and was patient and assisting knowing me different products that best suited my needs, on what I was looking for. However the membership didn't offer computer setup okay

Just used it with my income tax program and it was incredibly fast. Updates to the software took seconds instead of minutes. Beautiful screen easy attachments.
