My son wanted to return a product but was past the return date policy. By purchasing the membership the return date was extended and we were able to get the refund we were wanting.

The employee that assisted was great. Unfortunately the GE washer that i purchased is total junk. GE has sent 5 to 6 techs out and have yet to remedy the issue. They have been called again several weeks ago and still no one to repair washer that shuts down mid cycle. Locks up where it has to be unplugged and plugged back in

My sales person informed that there was a promotion for new members and a plus perk, so I did it. Since then, I have been getting more value from my Best Buy Plus membership than I could have ever imagined!

Don't make a purchase with out it. My new tv upon deliver did not work and it was replaced and set up within a week.

Best Buy is a great store. The Associates are first class, very knowledgeable and helpful. I am a little on the older side but the sales people were very friendly and helpful. World Class Organizations.

Having unlimited Geek Squad support really was worthwhile. If you're getting electronics from Best Buy and are want some reassurances, this membership may be worth it to you. It certainly was in my case.

I am not sure because the salesman misquoted the total price including delivery and suggested signing up for the membership. He said after a year we could cancel it when the send an email to renew it. I never saw the email.

I do like the service I have received. However, some of the associates have not been properly trained on all of the specific features included in the membership

The service at Best Buy was great. The young man working with me did a great job in answering all my questions, helping me to find the product I needed, informing me about the membership and checking me out.

Great store and best prices already without the membership so imagine how much better it gets with one!
