The membership plan worked as advertised. I purchased my new Lenovo laptop on a Friday. My sales person recommended I keep an eye out for a sale and use my membership to recoup some of the purchase price. The next day I saw my laptop was on sale. I went on line using my membership and got a $200 refund.

I enjoy being a Best Buy plus member definitely worth it. It’s like VIP status great benefits, special sales pricing definitely recommend.

I was skeptical. I thought I was basically “sold” this membership. So I’m anger, I decided to see if I had any savings. Welp, sure enough, I was able to get $150 back!! It was also the easiest and fastest thing ever. Didn’t have to take the product with me. Just scan my phone and boom, right back to my card. Yes, you have to watch the prices in your shopping cart but it’s kinda fun!

It’s a good company in Waterloo Iowa and I trust them when seeing the options of my needs at home. The employees seem to know some outline of the products or honest enough to check guidelines within Best Buy data.

Great value. It pays for itself within 2-3 purchases. The extra discounts brings prices closer to 'big box' stores with the service and ease of shopping with Best Buy. The extended return time allows us to make sure items work as we expect, love this feature! Advance notifications are good too.

The day i decided to become a bestbuy plus member is when i experienced the worst treatment from bestbuy delivery team. I bought a washer and dryer and the delivery date they told me was fine but i realized i and my spouse wont be home until later that day. They usually say 7am to 7pm is the time for delivery. So i called 2 days prior to let bestbuy know that we would be home by 2pm and they said they would put in the request. On the day of delivery the driver called me around 12 and i explained rhat i already called best buy that my spouse should be home by 2. He said they could squeeze me in. But his supervisor called back and was angry she said she cant honor the request i kept explaining to her but she became rude and yelling at me, i even called the bestbuy corporate office and put her on a 3 way call. It was horrible. I told her I dont even understand how she works in a field like this. ExTREMELY RUDE. She told me to cancel my order. I told her i only buy my electronics and things in that nature from bestbuy. i went off on her because requesting I cancel the order to go buy from somewhere is ridiculous and you are working for bestbuy. I have made up my mind to cancel my membership, its not worth it. I am customer not her child.

I purchased a two items from the Oakdale Store in the past month. The changes in Customer Service and Personnel is very impressive. Customer Service was Efficient Friendly and Knowledgeable. I was educated on their New App and the Services Best Buy offers. Best Buy is Back and Better than Ever

Love the new plus membership it helps me save, it gives me great deals and longer warranty on my electronics, first dibs on blackfriday deals and more. But i really wish we could get points and gift certificates like before.

In today’s economy you have to shop smart and take advantage of every opportunity, I got this membership because the cost was recuperated instantly with a big purchase we needed, and it (so far) has saved more off shipping and some things on sale. We live in a rural area and Amazon shipping can take a week, these guys ship same day we receive items 90% of the time in two or three days. Good value

So far this membership has not disappointed. One of the best things I have ever bought from Best Buy! I Always seem to get free delivery too. I would deff recommend this for anyone who frequently shops at Best Buy!
