Ordered a hair trimmer and received it 2 days later! Kind of a big deal for my location. Faster than Amazon Prime. Will definitely be ordering more products.

It's worth it if the savings is there and you're about to buy something big. Staff is super flexible and honestly makes me want to buy at BestBuy more often than Amazon now.

Great plan to have. It saves you money along with the flexibility to see if hiya really like a product that you purchased with the option to return it within in 60 days. A must have when you are not sure about an item Highly recommended.

I was able to use the benefits to obtain a replacement Wolf range within 5 days from when the original delivered range was determined to be defective.

As a home owner, I could never get enough of Best Buy, I feel like everything in my house needs to be smart and this is the best place to do it. So when I saw that I can save money, get deals and provide extended coverage plus 2 day shipping finally not everything has to be Amazon. Love it. Looking forward to getting Best Buy total. Heard it includes free installs on purchases.

The entire experience was disappointing. I went in to see a product advertised at a certain price only to be told it was out of stock. I prefer to buy local rather than purchase anything on Amazon, but in the end it felt like a bait and switch.

I like to try stay on top of the newest technology. This membership gives me the confidence if I make a mistake, I can easily return or exchange for something that better suits my needs.

New to getting membership but love the perks available

I had issues with a new refrigerator. Was able to get help to my home and eventually exchanged. Comforting to know with the membership I had support and a longer time to return if needed.

The value of membership is getting preferential treatment and better pricing on our purchases. We get the Geek Squad too. Having someone to talk to about our membership gives us peace of mind.

Didn’t really have any use for this service/membership. Didn’t make to many purchases this year during the yearly membership I had. But seemed like a good service
