We love our membership. We have saved so much money in this.

My old refrigerator started to malfunction during the Thanksgiving holiday. Best Buy had what I was looking for in size, color and price. The sales person was very helpful. Delivery men polite and careful with the haul away and instalation.

Just would have been the first time that I signed up for Best Buy Plus Membership I am not able to tell you exactly all that I feel about it because this is new to me but I can say it definitely save me on the cost of shipping.

Overall the program has been a bit of a letdown. Most things I buy have nothing to do with the membership. Would appreciate the ability to get on pre-order lists for graphic cards or game consoles. But instead I’m stuck refreshing webpages like everyone else.

Being a member truly pays off. The exclusive discounts and unlimited help from Geek Squad make it worthwhile. Plus, it’s reassuring to have coverage plans for everything we buy.

2 months to try it out I don't like I can bring it back , yes it cost 50$ but when you have a little sister that changes opinion for everything is better

My membership is a very good value. It does give you peace of mind when buying items especially the technical items. They are extremely patient and helped me to order on-line a smart thermostat for my church giving me an exceptional price. (You appreciate that when you didn't grow up with computers from day one!)
