useless on line for me
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.was unable to create an "on line" membership to pay the bill etc. I tied the tech support and got some guy in Pakistan or where ever who was hard to understand, He said that "safari" is not supported and I should try google, that didn't work either, I would think a tech savy company like best buy would be able to make this work regardless of the operating system. how many thousand of people use safari?

I was only allowed a partial refund, since they discount whatever savings you save while a member. I could have gotten the same savings if i priced match my item to target or amazon. Which was originally what i was doing before the agent duped me into the membership in the first place. I don’t recommend the membership youre better off price matching or just buying from amazon for the two day shipping. Long story short dont trust best buy or any of their agents. They gave me the run around saying they couldnt do anything because it was all automated. As if they couldnt just have credited my Bestbuy account.

There are reviews about Best Buy not being supportive, being a customer for over 10 years since I moved to the US, I have never had any issues and best customer service every single time.
