    When signing up , I was promised 50 gift certificate “ kind of like it would pay for one year subscription “ baloney. After 2 years never got it. Called to claimed it and after 3 or 4 agents different calls and spending hours on the line . Nothing. No gift certificate.

    I love walking aroind for ideas. I am a member and that allows me to get an amazing discount as well as a better warranty. A must place to shop for all elextronics as well as appliances.

    Remodeling and building an entertainment center around the TV. TV is great has all the features and more than i need. I have a sound system that I'm waiting on more equipment from best buy to further enhance my audio sound

    This set was just right for our small place. The washer and dryer both are easy to use and holds small to large loads. We are pleased with the quality and the price.

    I warned everyone not to buy this menbership, because it's a best buy scam, you pay $49.99 to get some benefits, but when you go to use it they don't allow you to make exchanges or returns without charging more for the service you already paid for, soo don't buy it. You’ll regret.

    Reasonable price. It was nice to have the extended option to refund my product if needed and a discount on my Microsoft subscription. Helpful employee, however, I wanted to change my email address on my Best Buy account associated with my membership, this has proven a big issue. The employee changed it at the register, but did not tell me I would have to still access to my old email account to verify this change. I have called or chatted with customer support now four times to remedy this. I can access my account, but I cannot verify my account information. Had the employee asked me if I had access to my former email address or told me I would have to verify this change - I would have created a brand new Best Buy account to attach my membership to. I understand it wasn't intention, but it has become a time consuming issue that still hasn't been solved.

    I’ve been using the My Best Buy Plus membership for a while now, and honestly it has been completely worth it for me. The exclusive member discounts alone have already saved me more than the cost of the membership, especially on electronics, accessories, and gaming products. One of my favorite benefits is the extended 60-day return window. It gives me plenty of time to test products and decide if I really want to keep them, which is a huge advantage when buying expensive tech. The free 2-day shipping is also very convenient and makes online shopping much faster and easier. I also like getting early access to special sales and limited products before they sell out. The membership feels especially valuable during big shopping events like Black Friday or holiday sales. Overall, if you shop at Best Buy more than a few times a year, My Best Buy Plus is a great investment and adds a lot of extra value to the shopping experience.

    I signed up for the My Best Buy Plus membership initially when I was purchasing a washer, and the membership perks that came along with that purchase made it feel like a worthwhile decision at the time. I especially appreciated the added benefits tied to major appliance purchases, including helpful member pricing, convenient delivery and support options, and the extended return window. Pairing the membership with an extended warranty gave me extra peace of mind on a large purchase, which was a big factor in deciding to try the program. Since then, I have had a generally positive experience. The exclusive member pricing, early access to certain sales, and free two-day shipping with no minimum have all been useful. There have been a few occasions where I found genuinely good deals on items I actually needed, and the savings on those purchases helped justify the cost of the membership. It also feels helpful to have a bit of priority access during big sales or product launches. At the same time, this membership has made me think about the growing number of store memberships that companies are encouraging customers to sign up for in order to get slightly better deals or earlier access to promotions. While My Best Buy Plus has provided real value so far, it does make me question whether this is something I will continue long term, especially in years when I am not planning larger technology or appliance purchases.     Only had 2 weeks, fridge great, not delivery?

    Though like the new fridge, the freezer is a bit small. Lights seemed bright at first, but once you add food items, there are lots of shadows. Otherwise is an outstanding fridge. Delivery on the other hand was a joke. Delivery people didn't know how to install the fridge. I had to tell them how to do it. They didn't know a water adapter was included inside the water adapter kit that we purchased with the fridge. Also the needed to remove door handles from door to get fridge past it. Then the reassembled it wrong and left out weather stripping. Lastly, they left Styrofoam all over my driveway. Idiots.

    I had the total plus membership and switched to this one partley because the total plus membership went from $179.99 to $199.99 a year and the plus went from $49.99 to $29.99 a year. the other reason is while you do get a extra year coverage on most things you buy brings your coverage to 2 years and get geek squad support which is all nice but unless you are always buying a lot of items every year or two its not worth it. Example a MacBbook pro coverage is around $349.00 for two years so to make it worth while you will need to buy other items to make the two year total plus membership worth it as it is $199.99 plus tax bringing tow year coverage to well over $400. 00 for a single item. so unless you buy a lot every year or two is not worth it. PS: although anything can break in the 2nd year but I have never had that experience. I think companies build products to last during the warranty and paid extended warranties so you really don't need the total plus. Also for apple products apple tech support will work with you on much older devices than 2 years.

    Bravia 9 II

    My 5 yr old LG OLED had burn in so bad that I was NOT getting one of those again. Fortunately I didn't have to. The SONY Bravia 9 II is every bit as good at it was and on a sunny day actually better. I cannot tell any difference. If they were side by side, maybe. I kept seeing the reviews and have been hunting for 6 months to get a new TV. I am so glad that I waited until this came out. I wanted the 75 inch but realized it was overkill for my room. I had a 65 LG and went with the SONY 65. The picture is equal to the OLED, I think, but the sound is MUCH better. I have NO dislikes about it since I have no game system hooked up to it. I have a BOSE amp but the sound is so good I rarely use it. I really like this set and feel good about not having to worry about burn-in anymore. The 10 year old Bravia in the bedroom is still working fine and I am hoping that this lasts as long.

    I’ve had good experiences with LG appliances and how reliable they are. The fridge has lots of nice features, especially by way of the ice makers. I must have ice in my drinks and not only does the fridge come with a standard in door ice maker, but it also has another in the lower freezer compartment, which makes craft ice- those golf ball shaped icy orbs. Husband likes the drawer between the fridge and freezer- it can be converted from a cooler drawer or to additional freezer space by using the app. Overall I’m pleased with the refrigerator itself, but the delivery service was just awful. Language and communication barriers as well as vertical scratches over large areas of a new appliance, plus we had to remove packaging materials throughout the refrigerator. Something that never happened before when Best Buy had their own delivery service. This will definitely be a factor in considering any future purchases.

    This Best Buy Plus membership is a great idea and could possibly save the member a lot of money and who doesn't want to save money?!! I'm a pushover when someone approaches me and tries to get me involved in a program that they use and love. That being said, I allowed exactly that to happen when I went to purchase a new TV and was told about this program by two different salespeople. I agreed with their statements and bought the membership but when I got home, I sat down and thought about it and realized that I seldom purchase anything except necessities because I'm on Social Security. I felt that this was an unnecessary purchase with money that I could have used for medicine or groceries, my biggest purchases. So when I called corporate and asked if I could cancel and get a refund, they were so nice and accommodating. Thank you, Best Buy, for understanding my situation and refunding my money. Now that's true customer service!
