Specifically purchased "my best buy plus" to take advantage of the 2-day shipping, to complete an important project, however purchased item sat at warehouse for several days or more due to an error and had to contact BBuy just to get things rolling and finally after escalating situation the item shipped.

Excellent savings and great return policy for any reason

Having the peace of mind that anything happens to any of our purchases from best buy that they'll be covered no matter what! I currently plan on upgrading the plan to higher plan

Best buy is giving good deals for customers. But we should have increased our return policies to 90 days so that if we are not satisfied with product we can utilize this option to return

I thought the best buy plus membership was great. I personally dont utilize it as much as I should however I think its great for customers who shop Best Buy often

I recommend the Best Buy Plus membership. I had to buy a laptop unexpectedly. Within a couple of weeks, the laptop dropped in price and I was able to get the difference credited to my card. Very pleasant experience.

I was not pressured to purchase this, but the knowledge that the sales rep had. It helped me understand tthe value, as electronics do just sometimes mess up.

The delivery date was rescheduled twice at two week intervals. From the moment I placed the order in the store until it was delivered to my home, approximately two months passed. The original delivery schedule was 4 weeks. The product arrived in good condition without any problems. In store excellent service!, for which I give 5 stars, but for the shipping I can only give 2 stars

Honestly I really havent had a chance to utilize this membership outside of an initial purchase and kind of just gets forgotten. Might be an opportunity here for BB to remind members what it is that they get with this membership.

We were told by the salesperson that we could get get a return for our taxes on tax free weekend, but tvs do not apply. That was the main reason that we got $50 plan. We are disappointed that the info was inaccurate.

So happy we purchased the My Best Buy Membership! We have already saved more than what the membership cost. Plus, the additional benefits add more value.

The membership I’ve only had for a month and haven’t used it yet aside from my first purchase. I see very nice deals though that are sent to my email. Plan on keeping membership.
