So far, the benefits of this have been pretty good. I just happened to noticed that something I bought well over a month ago was on sale now and because I have Plus, I was able to just click to get the difference refunded to me even though it's been so long.

I think that is very good to have when you need something you will get it quick at least 2 or 3 days to get at your home but i really like it a lot

Great chair and great price. I wanted to put in master bedroom but wouldn’t fit. Please measure and remeasure as chair comes practically fully assembled. It will not go in bedrooms unless you have extra wide or double door entry. I’m just glad I have double door entry to house. I haven’t fully reas manual yet but I wish massage would stay on more than 20 Mins at a time

I think this is a great way to have peace of mind with your tech products. It's just if you buy quality products, then you probably don't need this.

I was able to return some unneeded equipment after an extended trial period due to this membership, which was extremely helpful.

Really enjoying best buy plus - the 2 day shipping is nice, as well as the ability to return within 60 days, very worth the $50 a year.

Have yet to see any real value. I wouldn't call them perks, just paying for what would come standard as in not a 14 day period return policy with an unbelievable stipulations. What's more is the pricing is never "good" or a deal as this is far surpassed in payments elsewhere, especially the warranties. By the time is all said and done, you're hundreds to thousands of dollars more with difficulty of returning or replacement and this is with everything from computers to stereos, tvs. Stuff that has plagued Best Buy for decades before Amazon and the IoT. It was more you don't know and they play on people's ignorance. Other issues, they make you feel like you're getting a great deal and that they are somewhat of a specialty store carrying anything, but they don't and simple things too. I wish it was worth it, I have to use it. Just re-upped last year, certain is was going to be worth it... I've been shopping at Best Buy since the mod 90s. 29 years.. and it's more dismal than ever and they know this.

This membership was reasonable for the price charges.

Saved me ten dollars on recycling old tvs which was a pleasant surprise.

The iPad is ok. Don’t trust Best Buy’s “free gifts”.

Sales rep was great - very knowledgeable and explained several options. I’d recommend Best Buy to anyone looking for Audio / visual equipment. With price matching we already were redeemed the amount paid for the membership.

I use Best Buy as my go to for most of my electronics and computer purchases. I get great support and helpful information. My electronics go to.

I handed in my handheld concole to get fix they had it for three weeks getting fix. Then i came to up it and i took home the concole wasn't acting right by not doing the updates and then the concole wanted to reset it self and it kept doing it and then on Sunday i return the concole that wasn't fixed they put it back on my store card and trying to charge me for concole it wasn't fix for 485.00 what a joke.

I love Bestbuy everything I have bought lasts for a good chunk of time.

I've tried on several occasions to log into an account that refuses access. Doesn't matter if I change the password or follow any steps outlined, it just refuses to acknowledge any attempt. Always the same message : "we're experiencing technical issues, please try again later." I managed to login 1 time and set up everything, however since that date... just garbage.

It was really beneficial when I got it! I got massive discounts on initial signup. Just hard to keep with with it as far as its benefits. I don’t want to pay for another subscription that I’m not fully aware of it’s purpose
