    This year I’ve enjoyed the My Best Buy plus membership. I did enjoy the free shipping, and the occasional members discounts that interested me; however, more then once these same items became on sale one or two weeks after the members exclusive sale which can be price matched, and I have done so more then once. One of the greatest benefit is the extended return window, but that also has its issues. If you are past the “normal” window the app will not let you begin the return you have to go in the store at which point they can and will help you. The only time that I need this feature the staff acknowledged how it could be misleading using the app, as it does not differentiate members and non members for returns.

    I recommend this membership, no only do you get a linger return window, but the other deals and benefits out weigh not having it. I have had this membership for years and don’t regret it.

    Honestly this plan is a no brainer couldn't afford the premium one but if i could i would better return policy standards acess to member only offers and better chances at invitation drops

    Membership saves time and is useful. Often a short time after a new purchase, I discover a question I forgot to ask or some additional item I need. It saves time because they have a record of the prior purchases and can match me with the needed item.

    I am hoping this will get to the right people. My husband and I were just in your Holland Ohio store and made a purchase of a refrigerator that was not in stock. Jose was such an amazing young man, he along with many others worked together to find us the perfect fridge that we could pick up the next day. He was so apologetic for the time it was taking, I had to tell him no more apologizing. We get it and just appreciate how above and beyond he was going for us. I worked in retail management for 30 years. I know exactly the pressure he must've been feeling and wanted him to know that with us there was no need, but, he cared so much he couldn't just relax and not do all he could to get us that fridge. He was so amazing, the whole team was. The next day we went to Southfield MI to pick up the Refrigerator. Right from the start the young lady who waited on us at the counter quickly asked for assistance and within minutes a team was there to help load. These young men were so polite, friendly, and all around happy. I wish I had got all their names. The one even was concerned that the freon needed to be upright which showed me he had knowledge. The main thing my husband and I both took from these two visits is how happy each team seems to be. One team could be great management, both teams tells me great culture from higher up too. I work for Edward Jones now and I too know the luxury of working for a company with amazing culture for its team. I felt the same thing in each of those stores. I can't wait to tell others about how amazing those young men were. How awesome of an experience it was in both stores. How great it was to see a young team proving that age is nothing, we each as individuals choose our work ethics and they all choose to excel and work hard in life. I would love to see where they each end up in life. You have assets in them all!!

    I’ve been really impressed with the My Best Buy Plus membership. The member pricing alone has already saved me a lot, and the free shipping makes every purchase super convenient. The Geek Squad support is a great bonus — it gives me peace of mind knowing any tech issue can be handled easily. I also like that I get early access to special deals and exclusive offers that aren’t available to everyone. Overall, it’s definitely worth it if you shop at Best Buy regularly. Would I recommend it? Absolutely yes — it pays for itself fast!

    Love Best Buy! However….Geek Squad installer never answers our text or returns our calls when we have an issue with our new television. He even gave us his work cell number. Even our local BB manager can’t get them to call us. The “in store” Geeks are very helpful. Membership is beneficial for installation only basically.

    I'm disappointed. I bought a new PC and ITUNES keeps messing up. I thought I would have no issues - but as it turns out the PC would not restart on its own, I had to get technical help to get that to work. This is supposed tpo be a gaming PC so i don't understand the issue with ITUNES. ANd to get help I have to pay the Geek Squad when they should have to help to make me happy - but of course - only money makes anyone happy - not a satisfied customer. The other problem I have is I signed in online and I saved my userid and password - but of course it says my information is invalid.

    I Bought fryer a month ago and I used the $50 certificate and I returned the same day like after 9 minutes, the customer service told me the $50 certificate will return to my account in 15 days and that cheated with the customer service said on 25th will return to the account but didn’t. Called back the customer service and asked me why you returned it and told her was not the right fryer my wife wanted and told her you should asked me the reason after that she said you can’t get $50 certificate because it’s one time use. Why she didn’t say that the first time only when I asked her you should asked me the reason for returning the fryer. They two customer service did not tell me that?

    Good choice if you have a big ticket purchase or plan to buy multiple products in the year. Best Buy offers price match and honors it.

    Our delivery guys were great conner was informative and kept us updated to the minute of their arrival. And although there was a moment of misinformation given by the sales person they proceeded to take care of us like pros and were very polite. Also took all the packing materials with them. As far as the membership goes it was a no brainer to pay 60.00 to not have to pay 150.00 delivery fee. Sobwe will see if there is any other benefits to being a member.......

    Getting the extra discount was nice but what I liked most was what it did for me after the sale. Was trying to surprise my wife brought her something I thought she would love, I was wrong my membership allowed me to return the item and help me get the correct thing for her. Thank you
