How helpful this membership is for you is really going to depend on the person. If you already buy a lot here and want it delivered a little faster it’s probably fairly useful. Personally I bought it for the shipping upgrade, and then the item was delayed instead of arriving early. I know BB doesn’t control the mail once it’s shipped but it was still frustrating. In addition, they keep telling me to get the app for better deals. I don’t think this is reasonable, and expect full access to something I’m paying for without downloading unnecessary things, and I don’t want yet another freaking app for a single store. I don’t expect to renew unless I start getting considerably more use out of it.

The benefits were a true value for our family! We were able to secure a great deal at time of purchase without worry about a price drop in the near future. While we kept all three purchases made (appliances and laptop), knowing we had up to 60 days to return if there were any issues was a huge weight lifted off our shoulders. We still have a full year of membership to enjoy.

I hate purchasing in-store programs, but honestly, this one is worth it. I mistakenly bought a monitor that I thought was the correct model from the box, but it was a different model. I couldn't return it for about 2 weeks because I was busy with life and work, but this program makes it so easy. No questions asked and a full refund. I 100% plan to keep this.

I had a wonderful experience shopping at Best Buy. I bought the drone as a Christmas gift and have not used it yet, but I am excited for nicer weather to experience it. The customer service was wonderful and I had a quick experience.

The associate explained the benefits well and I have found good use of the membership this far. My only criticism is that i earned $100 in reward after making a qualifying purchase and it took way too long for those to be ready.

I haven’t had the opportunity to use my membership to the degree in which it provides benefits, but I intend to. I’m still waiting to receive the $75 promotional gift based on my purchase of the MacBook Air. Hopping to receive it soon.

As soon as i reached the department that I was looking for an employee asked if I needed help. I was standing next the item I wanted and I said that I woukd like to buy one of these., he grabbed it and I was out of the store in less than ten minutes.

This membership really helps if you need to use the Geek Squad. I always double check now though if they tell me my membership has expired. In the pass they have told me that and come to find out we were still active. We lost a printer that way.

I am still new to the membership. I purchased aftershokz with the memberships deal of the day and I saved but, the earphones were the simple ones vs the enhanced ones. I'm hoping the deals aren't steered to sell items otherwise wouldn't as quick if they weren't part of the perks of a membership. Similar to black Friday deals including not-so-great brands.

Takes care of all my problems. I really like the fact that I can bring my products right to my local store.

I got this for free for a year for making a massive purchase and opening a credit account for bestbuy. I have not seen any benefits from this as of yet (Months after 'Purchase') the only benefit is not having to pay interest for several months allowing me to save money and not pay any interest at all.
